Pressed Juicery is one of my favorite spots for a quick and healthy pick-me-up. Their cold-pressed juices are always fresh and flavorful—Greens 3 and Citrus 2 are my top picks. The staff is friendly, the stores are clean and modern, and while the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality and convenience make it worth it. Whether you’re doing a cleanse or just looking for a nutritious treat, Pressed Juicery delivers every time.

I never write reviews on places but genuinely every time I have been here in the past year has been a horrible experience. Always the same one girl working. She’s mean, closes up shop an hour before the store actually closes. I ordered a peppermint freeze one time and it came melted, and only half of the cup was filled. Don’t believe any of the pictures outside of the door at this place because the food does not look like the pictures and half the time they aren’t even selling it. These workers are the rudest I’ve ever ever seen. It was unbelievable.

A very empty and soulless place. The menu content is very unique, but the employees are so sullen….
We tried acai freeze and vanilla freeze. The extra ingredients put on top are very expensive and although I asked for 3 things to be added, they didn't add 1 ingredient because they didn't have it, I was very angry. They added very little of the added ingredients. There are much better places, it's a pure show place. The taste of what we ate wasn't bad, but it wasn't very good either. Acai bowls looked nice, but after this experience, I don't want to go and try them.

I have ordered twice through Uber East and both times I ordered they sent me the wrong order and in addition to the fact that they sent it wrong, it did not have all the ingredients that I ordered. Terrible service. I do not recommend consuming here. They have bad staff who do not know how to prepare their dishes with the corresponding ingredients.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at Pressed Juicery today. I arrived at 4:45 PM, only to find a sign saying they were "on a break." I had to wait outside for 30 minutes, along with at least 10 other people who passed by and were equally disappointed. When they finally reopened, I was shocked to see there was only ONE staff member working, and he looked unbelievably tired. When we asked about the break, he dismissively said he can take a break whenever he wants because he was the only one there. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back. Pressed Juicery, you seriously need to do better.

Have gone 5/6 times on break from work an each time they’re either out of the base or other ingredients. If you can get lucky enough to actually order what you want it’s really good.

EDIT: I have been ordering their juices and acai's from their app and have not had any issues since my last UberEats order about a year ago.Ordered the “Acai Original Bowl” through UberEats. Poor taste and they didn’t even put in the effort to chop up the bananas….

I really didn't like the person who works at the cash register. Almost always he is there alone. I don’t know his name but he is a very rude very negative and very unpleasant person who speaks very rudely. I don’t know his name but he is African American I have nothing against African Americans or other non-nationalities just to understand who we are talking about I am not a racist but this man is very unpleasant

We went in to pressed expecting some delicious soft frozen yogurt. There were only 2 staff members, one of whom was working. We asked for chocolate and the machine wasn't working so we went with vanilla freeze, it was really iced and slushy, nothing like in the photos. It was heavily topped with chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, and dry, crumbly cookies. It tasted horrible ?.Dull vibe, horrible tasting frozen yogurt.. Definitely not returning.

HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES AT NEWBURY!!! We’ve been going to pressed for years, recently we’ve had so many bad experiences with the employees which has ultimately reflected in the product and overall image… situation 1: the store will be close at an odd time because the single employee you have decides to take lunch at the busiest time of the day. Situation 2: your employee will smell like weed not super attentive or welcoming. Situation 3: we go in the store wait for over 10 min calling for someone to assist us, then someone comes from outside after leaving store wide open. This person finally came to the front of the store and acted like everything was fine, machines were also turned off so she couldn’t serve us, it was actually scary because we were not sure if something was wrong with your employee in the back? THESE ARE JUAT TO NAME A FEW SCENARIOS. Your employees don’t represent the brand well, I don’t even want to go anymore which is sad.
