Overall . While it lacks some of the charm of other bars, this is a well-run operation. Totally surprised at how great the experience here was. Seated by the open-air street side, you get the ambience of a busy part of the city while still being indoors. The service was fast, accurate, and attentive - among the best service experiences in a large sports bar. All of the food was good, and they have a ton of beer taps. A solid option if you're in the neighborhood for a game or other event at the Garden.

“I know that you could get better soft pretzels elsewhere but Auntie Anne’s is one of my guilty pleasures. Whenever I am in the area of one I have to stop and treat myself. Thankfully before a long train trip we found this one at South Station and I am glad we did. The pretzels were still hot and for $10 the value was well worth it.“

“This part of the mall always smells so delicious and tempting because of Auntie Anne’s. Sometimes it can get busy, but the wait is never that long. The workers are a well-oiled machine and friendly. You can watch them make the food while you wait. My favorite is the mini pretzel dogs. I’ve tried other things like the cinnamon sugar nuggets and original nuggets before, which are also good. The food tastes best hot but can also be eaten room temperature/cold.“
