So good! The cheesesteak was packed with flavor and loaded with meat and melted cheese. Super satisfying and definitely worth it. The fries were crispy and the portion was generous.

Great spot if you’re visiting the market and craving something classic and filling!

Definitely overpriced for the quality of food. Everything looks appealing, at least. And service isn't bad. Still, there are better places here to get food...

I don’t know how you mess up a sandwich this badly, but somehow they did. The bread was fine—unfortunately, that was the highlight. The meat tasted off, like it had been sitting around questioning its life choices for way too long. It had a weird aftertaste that lingered no matter how much I drank afterward, and the texture was somewhere between rubbery and suspicious.

Watch and employee cough into his hand, then wipe his nose with the side of his hand.

He then went back to working without washing his hands.

I am glad I saw this while I was looking at the menu so I didn't eat there.

Food doesn’t not look like advertisement. Small quantity and just bad taste.

Every single time I come to Prime Shoppe in Quincy Market, I always get served well and I’m never let down.

The quality of the meats, buns and fries are top notch. Staff put real plate samples out from their menu so customers can see what to order from real close. Unfortunately, prices have increased a little bit over the years and they might be at the pricier side. Staff is nice and kind. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the restaurant is not questionable at all.

If you are near Quincy Market and you are looking for a quality filling lunch/dinner, definitely stop by.

Ordered chicken nuggets and they gave me strips. Went back to exchange and they just cut the strips in half. Asked for a refund and they refused.

What a cheesesteak!! Tasty, filling and fairly priced.

This spot is surrounded by tons of other restaurants, so be prepared for a crowd and a bit of wait-time. Luckily, we didn’t wait more than ten minutes even though it was busy.

The food is made fresh… you can literally watch your order being cooked right in front of you. I got a cheesesteak with yellow cheese, fries on the side, and ranch + ketchup for dipping. They forgot to add the peppers and onions at first, but when I came back a few minutes later, they were super kind and gave me a lot of them on the side. No problem at all.

The sandwich wasn’t jaw-dropping, but it was tasty, filling, and fairly priced… especially for this location where options can get pricey.

Overall, it’s a solid 8/10 — not the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, but absolutely worth stopping for if you’re exploring the market and have this craving.

Walking through Quincy Market, I knew I wanted a roast beef sandwich. Prime Shoppe called to me. I ordered the Large Prime Roast Beef Sandwich and a Fruit Punch Bubbler. The sandwich was filling and delicious. I'd absolutely order it again and would recommend. The drink was sweet and addicting. I'd also highly recommend.

The service is was really earns the top marks for me. The guys working here were like my instant friends. I was ready to throw on an apron and start working with 'em. They were all friendly and helpful. Making the sandwiches was a labor of love, and I enjoyed my sandwich more because of it.

It can be chaotic to order, especially with everything going on in Quincy Market, but they kept track of me and my order, reducing the stress. I'd highly recommend picking Prime Shoppe as your stop of choice among the competition. I'll be back.

Charged us extra for cheese despite getting the advertised Steak & Cheese Sub Combo. Also, sub looked nothing like the example on display.

It's a stall in a hallway, the steak and cheese was overcooked and had no cheese. And they are scammers. We ordered the combo which they had one on the counter clearly a large sub roll. When he finished what was clearly the order for us, she said no, we got a small and the other guy that ordered exactly the same thing after us got the large first and they gave us a small. She clearly saw that we gave a $1 tip (more then we should have for ordering over a glass counter and getting no real service.)

diners avoid this place. absolutely awful. I wanted the large sandwich because that's what was displayed but got a small one instead. when I asked they showed a hidden model of it being a small one even though the picture on the sign is a sliced up large one.

Almost got charged $10 extra just because the lady at the register doesn't know how to do the math. Food was alright nothing special, definitely not worth the price you are going to pay. Will not go back for sure.

We got the steak and cheese. It was almost tasteless. Required some spice at least. Compared to the price for $21 for the sandwich, I expected to experience a good food, but it was not. Maybe you could add salt and pepper yourself to make it a bit tastier.

The roast beef with cheese was good. I had no complaints and enjoyed the sandwich! It did feel a bit small for the price though.
