Great 👍🏽
Huge let down. The big chunks of delicious looking meat in the window were very deceiving. Tasted like super salty hospital or school food. Spend your money anywhere else.
The sandwich was pretty good. It's not as cheesy as I prefer. The real star of the show was the fries. It was the best I had anywhere. Price for sandwich, fries, and soda $25.
Doesn't tell you they are out of condiments until after paying and receiving food, would not do refund for inedible meal
Skip this place. Ordered a turkey sandwich. Not good, no flavor. It was the driest turkey I have ever met. There was a little tomato lettuce and a smidge of mayonnaise, but it really didn’t help. The turkey is chopped not sliced so when you take a bite, it all falls out. It was our first day in Boston. This was very disappointing. Fortunately, we’ve gone on to find and eat at better places.
Don't trust the online menu they have reduced their offerings
I've been coming here for a long time, but I haven't been in years. The grilled chicken was excellent. Very flavourful. The bread was soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Just right.
the food was very good, but a bit overpriced considering you’re not even guaranteed a place to sit. also, the portion sizes seemed smaller than what was advertised.
that said, the philly cheesesteak was incredibly tender, and the meat was great quality. the fries were much better than fast food ones, crispy and flavorful. they were also very generous with the ketchup and mustard, which i appreciated.
as for the root beer, i wasn’t a fan at first, but it’s starting to grow on me.
The food looks great in the case. My son asked for a sandwich so we got one and I asked about the price of ribs. When I paid the guy handed me the card reader and I declined the tip.
He turned the card reader around and showed it to the guy making the sandwich. I started to walk away while my son waited but I saw the guy kind of mime wiping the bread.
I turned to watch them make the sandwich and you could kind of tell they were aware, and they made the sandwich.
I felt like they were purposely grabbing bad lettuce portions and grease and such from the turkey. I should have just asked for our money back, but we are too nice. Ended up getting something else.
Fries were old and dry, borderline tooth-breaking. Cheesesteak was dry as well but tasted ok-ish.

Awesome big subs
Wrap was super dry and had almost no ingredients in it. The pita almost tastes stale? But the service was very nice! Would not get a wrap again though for sure.
Got cheesy fries, they were cold like they were hours old or from the previous day.
The prime rib sandwich was fantastic. The meat was tender and juicy, complemented perfectly by the BBQ sauce. While the bread was a bit tough, it was nicely toasted and had a good crunch.

We got a chicken tender plate and a chicken Caesar wrap. The tenders were ok. Fries under cooked. The wrap we had to toss. There was a weird soapy taste.
