The prime rib sandwich was fantastic. The meat was tender and juicy, complemented perfectly by the BBQ sauce. While the bread was a bit tough, it was nicely toasted and had a good crunch.

We got a chicken tender plate and a chicken Caesar wrap. The tenders were ok. Fries under cooked. The wrap we had to toss. There was a weird soapy taste.

Tried the cheesesteak with fries. Was decent could use seasoning or a sauce. Good price for the amount of food.

Steak and Cheese sub was terrible.
Chicken fingers were terrible.
Fries tasted like straight grease.
For $43 I was hoping for something decent but it wasn’t. I can’t advise you enough to spend your money elsewhere. I am not one to bash places at all but I spent $43 just to take 1-2 bites and throw it in the trash.

Got the steak and cheese sub combo would have been way better with some hot sauce or more seasoning.

I ordered the steak and cheese combo, To go.
It isn't served in a way that is to go anywhere, just a flat plate with a piece of too small foil smacked ON TOP of your sandwich, taking the cheese with it.
Wrap a sandwich if it is to go, cover the fries. Simple.
The meat was grey, no flavor. Basically it tasted like they barely heated the grill so they just steamed the meat. Meat needs a hot griddle, it needs marinade or rub, at the very least salt sprinkled throughout. If you overload the griddle, you just steam / braise the meat which doesn't taste good. That's what I got.
You can't substitute the soda for another drink which is dumb.
Guys behind the counter were nice.

Portion wasn't even half the size as the plate advertised, would give 0 stars if I could.

The Fried Turkey sandwich here was a disappointment. When I arrived, I was met with a $16 cost for a small turkey sub. With that price, I was expecting a nice sub, along with maybe some cheap chips. However, I was met with a sandwich with sad turkey, with the toppings, including tomato, lettuce and mayo being sparse, and located nearly in one blob in the left center of the sandwich. The only thing I can rate highly about this establishment would be the employees I interacted with, who were all very kind, despite being swamped with customers. I feel like this place has high potential, but as of now it is not fully realized, but I hope for a better quality future for this place.

We did not care for the $34 short rib sandwich although it is visually appealing. The meat was tough and lots of hard fat.

Great customer service. Very understanding and patient with foreigners on vacation (me). Good food too and reasonably priced.

$20 for a cheese steak felt pretty overpriced. Beef was tasteless and dry, and the fries had no flavor and tasted stale. Would not recommend.
