Waitresses pick and choose who to give good customer services too. They will see you standing there in front of the register and straight up ignore u or act as if you aren't there. Their food might be good thanks to the cooks but the customer service isn't the best in east boston and needs to improve being respectful to all not who they choose to . 1 star on service .

All I wanted was to buy a water bottle for my kid the stores didn't take less than 10 on debit or credit. Went in straigt up ignored ,idk maybe I spoke low when I said "All I need is a bottle of water for my kid". Smh, it's all good tho I ain't upset ,bc I did order a burrito 3 days ago and it was good

I recently ordered pupusas and the lady who answered the phone didn't pay attention. I ordered 12 pupusas of rice flour (specifically rice flour), and the lady didn't bother to confirm the order she just wrote down whatever, when I called in and asked why my order was messed up the other lady who answered the phone told me that it was my fault for not confirming the order at the end yes I was partially my fault for not double checking but when the lady who answered the phone didn't bother to ask. When discussing the order, the staff kept insisting that it was my fault. They always blame the customer when they screw up.
I love the food. And the pupusas are big and yummy. I don't like how the atmosphere is. Probably the restaurant needs to be updated. The service is not that good the ladies need to be more people friendly ?.

Diferencia entre gordita de carne a pupusa con carne no todos comemos solo lo que nos ponen y ya hay personas que nos dedicamos a degustar la comida y nos gusta saber lo que comemos llame para hacer una orden está es una supuesta gordita de carne me dijeron que no cambiaba en nada y que así era siempre por favor hagan bien su trabajo es lo único que hacen y lo hacen mal luego fui a comprar una gordita más si llamar solo llegue y ordene y que casualidad que no sea igual y tengan el sinismo de quererle ver la cara ala gente no todas las personas somos ignorantes la próxima vez piensen bien lo que dirán no estaba lleno no tenían muchas órdenes que les impedía hacer algo así pero lo que es la pereza por favor esfuerzense mas tanta fue su perece que no le pudieron no poner todos los ítems de la supuesta gordita como el tomate las cajeras o runers devén que chequear que la comida esté bien antes de salir
