Just an average Qdoba restaurant. Staff didn't know how to use a rewards card or instruct me on new process, as it had been 2+ yrs since I'd been in a Qdoba restaurant (pre COVID-19).

I love this QDOBA! Their burritos are super tasty, much more flavor than their competition (you know who!). The staff here is always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their chips are oven hot! If you want fast, well-priced and delicious Mexican food look no further!

First time eating there and was attending a orientation at Common wealth hotel with my wonderful cheerful team that works at SweetGreen (the best restaurant hands down) but as I was ordering oh miss angry lady behind the counter (short small Spanish woman) was extremely rude. I didn’t need the eye roll when I asked for alittle more cheese in a extra container. I was willing to pay for it and I didn’t feel like I was holding up the line but the lady behind the counter made me feel as such. At my place of work we would NEVER treat a customer like that. Regardless of the flood of Uber eats orders we get or the line going out the door. I won’t be eating at this exact restaurant . The food was slapping the customer service was NOT. Me and my friends still had a blast tho!

Please be aware that this place has no running water in the bathrooms-men's and women's. I asked one of the employees about it and he said they had not been working for some time. REALLY!! WE ARE IN A PANDEMIC! SICK!

Thank you for allowing mbta workers the use of your restroom. The only restaurant in the area that acknowledged that we are 1st responders as well.AND let me not forget the great customer service and exceptionally clean facilities.My go to spot for take out when I'm in the area.Thank you to all the staff members at the Comm ave location. I was a huge fan of Qdoba back when we were in Wisconsin. The staff there prepared the meals with all their heart and soul and we used to love that 1 particular location in Appleton, WI. The quality and quantity was never matched at any other place or time. It might be just that 1 location I guess..But even otherwise, they serve a wide selection of toppings and sauces with an option of a Vegan protein. So would still go to Qdoba anytime instead of McDonald's or burger King or even Taco bell in that case.
