Qiao Lin is a great hot pot restaurant to go to in the Boston area! When we arrived we were promptly met by the host Mike. He was great in giving us a wait time, updating us and answering any questions we had. The service overall was attentive and the quality of the food was great! We will definitely be coming back.

Our host Michael was incredibly attentive, especially since it was my first time at Qiao Lin. Although the weekend waitlist was a bit long, we were seated in about 20 minutes. While we waited, Mike took the time to walk us through the menu and even let us pre-order, so our food was ready shortly after we sat down.
We went with the golden chicken broth, which was delicious, and their sauce bar offered a wide variety of options.

faie experience，last time i came was during Jan，but this time felt unsatisfied. Serving size shrinks，and the ac is leaking water on my head. definitely need to repair this first for customers.
