The food was literally so so good, service was pretty good for a super busy weekend, and atmosphere was cute and cozy but a little tight/crowded

Our food was amazing. Our waiter was also the best! We plan to come back. The open flame oven was also quite impressive.
I had a reservation for 3 and when we arrived there was a freezing hostess at the door bundled in full winter gear. Directly next to this door was the table that they intended to sit my husband and I with our daughter. It’s a freezing February night in Boston. So cold that they had a space heater plugged up specifically for this one table. No one should be expected to sit there, so I politely told the hostess that we would have to give up the reservation. She turned and cleared us from the screen and moved onto the next guest without a word. So we left. It’s fine. It’s Valentine’s Day and they’re busy so she wasn’t focused on being polite and they needed to seat as many guests as possible. Then they reported me to Open Table as a no show which was uncool. All around very disappointing. I have never had to decline a table anywhere because there’s always a bad table in every restaurant and somebody has to sit there. I am not too good to draw that short straw once in a while. But this table should not have even been there so to decline it politely should have been something they absolutely understand in below freezing temps.
We started with drinks at the Bar because the table was not ready. No issue for us since it was Valentine's day and they were very busy so we expected a little wait. Had a drink at the bar and the bartender was pleasant. Table was ready for our party of 6 within 15 minutes of our arrival. Our waitress was great. Great service and very fun to listen to her accent. Food was perfect. Will definitely be back.
Promptly greeted at the door and seated. Outstanding server. Margherita pizza was delicious and resembled those I've had in Napoli, IT. Fried calamari was cooked perfectly and portion was large. Cacio e Pepe was also perfect.
Avoid this place. The food was the absolute worst we have had in a restaurant in a long time. Lobster ravioli had very little lobster, and what it had was chewy and not fresh. It was also drenched in red sauce which overpowered the whole dish. Grocery store ravioli is far preferable! My partner had the pasta fagioli beef dish - terrible and bland flavor. Service was rushed, music loud - to say the whole experience was mediocre would be generous.
Quatto never disappoints - food is excellent, and always served quickly. The staff may have had a bit of an off night as they came over three times to take our order so seem to forget we had ordered. Better to be taken care of than not!
The wood fire pizza is amazing and the best espresso martini I ever had. I don't know who thought of the cacao rim on an espresso glass, that person need a raise!
Dined here the other night & was disappointed with the outcome.
The bread basket served was stale and the pasta was made so spicy it was pretty much inedible…
Service was slow despite it being a Sunday night.
The pizza was fresh and good - highlight of the dinner.

Restaurantji Recommends
This place might be dark when you first walk in but your eyes will adjust to find that it’s got great vibes and food. I genuinely recommend the steak as it’s one of if not the best steaks I’ve ever had.

No heat, was very cold and food was just ok. Need to keep the place comfortable to eat in.
Great service by Jonathan for a large party—thank you, Jonathan! The appetizers and main dishes were fantastic; you won’t be disappointed.
Unfortunately, the experience at the entrance was disappointing. Despite having a reservation and waiting for our table, the Colombian receptionist was unnecessarily rude. After opening the door in the freezing Boston winter, we were abruptly told, “Close the door!”
I’d recommend the restaurant consider constructing a double-door entry system or additional training for front-of-house staff, as first impressions matter and could otherwise cost you customers.

Simply the best pizza in town!
As an Italian living in Boston since 2024, I’m grateful for this pizzeria who makes me feel at home when I’m home sick :)
Fresh ingredients from Italy. The dough is perfectly made and not heavy. Very authentic.
The majority of the staff is also Italian, which helps with the atmosphere.
I suggest reserve a table in advance so you don’t have to wait for a table.
In addition to a perfect pizza, it is also a great Italian restaurant 👌🏼🇮🇹 with all the Italian traditional dishes.
Love Quattro! Thanks for keeping the real Italian culinary culture alive in a world of American-Italian food 😬
