I’ve ordered from this Raising Cane’s a few times now, probably around four times total, and up until today, everything was smooth. The food has always been solid, and I never really had anything to complain about. This time, though, the experience was noticeably off.

First, to be fair, the delivery issue wasn’t on Cane’s. The Uber Eats driver dropped the order at the wrong property even though I clearly wrote the correct address in the notes. That part is on the driver, not the restaurant.

But the drink situation was on Cane’s, and that’s where things fell apart. One of the drinks was missing entirely, and the other one came with ice even though I specifically selected no ice. I ended up tasting the High-C just to see what was going on, and it had this weird, watered-down, almost off flavor, like the ice or the fountain machine water wasn’t right. The whole thing tasted off enough that I couldn’t drink it.

It’s disappointing because this location normally gets things right, and I actually enjoy their food. That’s why this stood out so much, it felt careless, like no one double-checked the order before handing it off. I get that mistakes happen, but missing items and ignoring customization options is something that should be easy to avoid.

I’m hoping this was just a rare slip-up and not a sign of downhill quality. I’ll probably give them another chance, because my past orders were fine, but this one definitely left me disappointed.

Ordered through the app, they charged me for the 6 pieces and only gave me 4. Didnt give the cole slaw. When you check the box for ketchup and hot sauce they give you one of each. Ripped off.

Great location. Parking can be a challenge. Super fast and friendly service. I'm so happy to have Raising Canes. I have enjoyed the Oklahoma stores for quite some time. I'll be a return customer.

Best chicken around!! Wish there were some on the south shore. Reasonably priced and you can get fresh lemonade as part of your meal. Recommend this place over and over!

The cashier treated me with indifference with a lot of discrimination for being Latino and speaking Spanish. I asked for 2 orders and she only charged me for 1 and she sent me to the line for the second one. I did it again and when it was my turn she sent me to the line for the third time because she only wanted to serve white people. I don't know why because she is brown but she did not want to serve Hispanics or brown people. Her partner did that. There came a time when she was calling the line and no one wanted to go through because of her racist attitude. This happened on 10/16/2025 at 8 pm, even the Uber and DoorDash deliveries treated him badly. She is a young woman with glasses and braids. She is at the cashier's register.

The host was friendly at the door.

I enjoy how the flavors are bold yet not overwhelming.

Amazing crispy chicken tenders but the sauce is the main star here. Fast service but parking can be very difficult.

The only location to have Pepsi products, newer locations, such as the one in Medford, uses Coca-Cola products. Also next to Babcock St station, formerly Pleasant St station until 2021.
