If you like chicken tenders, this is a must try restaurant. By far the best my husband and I have ever had. Made fresh to order, golden crispy outside and tender juicy white meat on the inside. The dipping sauce is fantastic and like nothing you will find elsewhere. Great customer service and delicious food.

I came here for lunch after Anime Boston. The food is delicious. The chicken tenders are juicy and the sauce is so tasty. It's quite busy and was difficult to get a seat but it might have been that way due to the event, I don't know if it is regularly packed. The food came out fast, despite it being so busy.

Very delicious, I can see why people rave about that sauce! I will happily visit again when I'm around where they are, since I sadly don't have any near me.

Stingy portions compared to what other locations usually serve. Skip this one!

Unique cuisine. The toilet smells clean and has songs

There are people that love and hate it and I'm the latter. For context, from NC and expectations for fast food chicken are Bojangles, Zaxbys and Chick Fil-A. Unfortunately Cane's doesn't come close and it's a shame that people who visit the U.S for the first time, think this is our idea of good fast food.

Do not go to canes on newbury. Came in and got my order taken by a super nice cashier with pink hair. I got a seat even though it was somewhat busy and super loud and i waited for my food. I got up and checked if my food was ready every 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and went to check if my food was ready 4 times even though they are supposed to call your name via speaker and it was never ready. I talked with the person calling the names and apparently my food was already called and they had to remake it. My chicken was undercooked and the fries were soggy and flavorless. Overall horrible experience except for the cashier who was super nice.

As usual - - - GOOD FOOD, FAST SERVICE, CLEAN RESTAURANT, FRIENDLY STAFF.
Limited, simple menu fits well with all the college students and workers who eat there.
It is now my GO-TO place.
Where ELSE in Boston can you get SWEET TEA.

You would think placing a mobile order would be more convenient but I find myself waiting close to 10 minutes everytime I come here to pick it up despite the bag being right on front of me. It's frustrating but generally I'm not too bothered by it but today the girl who was announcing the orders refused to even look at me or offer assistance when I was standing right in front of the counter underneath the sign that says pick up. I stood there for at least 7 minutes without any direct acknowledgement and the bag for pick up was right across from me. I said excuse me to her but she continued to ignore me and walk away. I had enough at this point and went to the cashier to ask if he had my order available instead and he gave it to me. Your staff needs more training or at least that one girl.

2024 summer. This chicken finger product is very good, accompanied with toasted bread and fried potatoes. Very easy to order. We arrived at a peak time, the place was crowded and it was not easy to find a seat. Time to eat and then the table is cleaned and it's time to go. Must try!
