Sandwiches and paninis are very tasty and creative. One of the best slices of buffalo chicken around. Service is give or take better some days than others.

I called on a Tuesday to ask what the process was to order approximately 50 sandwiches and some salads for a party I was having that Saturday. I was told it was OK to come in on Friday afternoon and order the food in person and pay for it to be then delivered the next day. I went into the store on Friday, the young man at the counter started to tell me that the menu that I was looking at was no longer the current catering menu. The prices were higher than he said and the person who normally dealt with the catering portion of the restaurant was not there. I asked to speak to somebody in charge, but there was no one there and it was only 1 PM. The person who normally deals with catering aspects had left early and I asked them to call her and he was not able to. I was given bad information on Tuesday and this was very frustrating because I depended on buying this food for the next day. I do not suggest doing catering with this company, they don’t seem dependable in my eyes, and the young man at the counter was pretty much clueless when it came to what I needed. Every time I asked him a question his answer was “I don’t know”. They are also extremely overpriced because I went up the street to the supermarket ordered the same exact food. I was gonna get at the Real deal and it ended up being half the price and the food was just as great.

Meatballs this go around were terrible, have had them there in the past and loved them. Bad batch I guess. Everything else was fine, got jerk chicken tender, buff chicken tenders, and chicken Caesar sandwich with no other complaints. But had to toss the meatballs, really tough dry and lacking in flavor

New to the area - we tried two different burgers and the seasonal chili cheese tots. We ordered both burgers medium, and they each came out well done with a dryness and flavor similar to beef jerky. Between the two burgers and tots, our total was near $50. Overall a really disappointing dining experience.
