I really want to give Red's five stars. The quality is excellent and I want to support local New England families. However, for the second straight order an item has been missing. Each time the explanation was that the item was out of stock. No communication at all. Each time I had to let them know it wasn't included. This feels like a process issue. Call me, email me, offer me a replacement. At least do something. Instead my order shows up without enough sushi for the sushi dinner my family was expecting. Not a great experience.

my order arrived promptly and well packed. I really LOVE that the fisherman's name is on the package as well as the name of their vessel. There was also a picture of the local fisherman thanking everyone for their business. The fish was packed nicely and I enjoyed the monkfish that I prepared. Nicely done!!!!I will order again!
