Got the yuzu sesame (spicy) and enjoyed it very much. I was already planning my next visit after a few bites. I went early on a Friday evening and didn’t have to wait for a table. Service was prompt and friendly. Ambiance was average to above average for a vegetarian Asian restaurant. Definitely recommend taking public transit and avoiding busy times if possible.

11/10!!! The No. 8 - Red Hot Miso has always been my favorite for over 3 years now so never really bothered venturing into anything else. But this time, we decided to try the No. 3 - Garlic Miso, and weren’t disappointed. As an Indian with a high tolerance for heat, I’d say that the No. 8 is only borderline spicy, but delicious nonetheless. The No. 3 was super flavorful - though not as hot as the No. 8, I think the miso really came through! Also got the Spicy Miso Avocado Roll but it made us feel super heavy (think the portion size is large). Flavor profile was kinda disappointing because it tasted very bland - lots of work to do there!
Hoping to see more hot & creamy broth options going forward. One more suggestion is that it would be great if we’re able to choose the thickness/firmness of the noodle and also customize the broth. Thought I’d also point out their ordering policy - they require one item to be ordered per person, which felt unnecessary. There’s also very limited space so on a crowded day, people are breathing down your neck and constantly brushing past you. Love that the bathroom is very well maintained though!
In my opinion, dining in is the only right way because takeout just won’t do justice to ramen. So get a bowl of ramen and fill your soul with the broth! If you still have space, get the roll/sides, don’t get too excited and panic order at the start lol.

THE BEST VEGAN RAMEN I EVER HAD. We tried #5 and #8, and both were the best ramen we had so far. That’s all I want to write for this review. If you want to have an amazing vegan ramen, then this is the place to be. Don’t think twice.

Decent ramen. Finding a seat can be tough during peak times. Menu and ordering isn't super easy since you have to order and know what you want before you can sit down. Food comes quick.

I agree with these reviews. Very tasty food. We got the japanese curry and the red hot miso. Both were spicy. Large enough to take enough home for another meal. Lovely friendly staff.

We started with the spicy toasted miso avocado rolls, which were a great beginning to our meal. For our main courses, we ordered a variety of dishes: the Yuzu Sesame, Japanese Curry, and the Red Hot Miso. Each dish was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to creating awesome vegan food. The service was prompt and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. The cozy setting of the restaurant added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. We left feeling satisfied and impressed. Red White Boneless Ramen is a must-visit for anyone in the area, whether you're a vegan or simply looking for a delicious and cozy dining spot. I ordered no. 8, spicy miso ramen, and I genuinely believe that was the best ramen I’ve had in my life. If I lived here I would go back weekly. Cannot recommend enough.

Came to this place looking for good vegetarian ramen and was incredibly pleased to see the small but delicious menu. The sit down area was clean and the dim lighting added a nice ambiance to the restaurant. I got the curry ramen and as someone who is constantly disappointed by the lack of flavor, this place had incredibly flavorful broth with a slight kick. The noodles were very firm and had a nice bite to them. I don’t generally enjoy tofu but soaked with the curry flavored broth I could’ve eaten a whole block. I had the chance to taste the spicy miso broth as was pleasantly surprised at how much of a kick it actually had. It didn’t burn your tongue but it was packed with a rich umami flavor. I was only visiting Boston and found this place but if I lived here I would most definitely be a returning customer. The food came out quickly; the cashier at the front was very helpful and polite when helping the other members of my party in choosing a dish. I didn’t get to try all the items on the menu but if you are a fan of curry you must try the curry ramen from here!
