Yum! Friendly staff and great pies.

Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza with extra cheese. I got it burned up and with no extra cheese on it. This is the only Regina's where I've ever had problems with the food.

I absolutely love the pizza here so I do order. But whenever I order a pizza from here it takes well over and hour to come. Sometimes more than 90 minutes, keep in mind I'm about a mile away or less as well. Wish they would figure this out!

TLDR: Pizza good. Service fair. To-go box terrible.

Pizza is decent. If you’re waiting for pizza to come out of the oven and ask for a salad, they should prepare your salad, not wait for the pizza to come out to only then start preparing your salad. Also, they REALLY need to improve those one-slice to-go boxes. They let the grease through as soon as they put the slice in, so it ends up in your hands or anywhere you lay down the box. You also can’t stack them or they collapse and the cheese ends up sticking to the paper (gross).

Bbq chicken was almost inedible. The chicken was so dry it almost cut me, I’ve had jerky that is less chewy. The cheese pizza was pretty good but I wouldn’t recommend getting anything else.

Pizza is OK, but the service is REALLY bad !!!

I went into the store, ordered my pizza and waited, and waited.

Eventually, a staff member asked what my order was and my name.

The person who took my order pointed to the top of the oven where my pizza had been sitting getting cold.

When I said that it was really bad service, the guy just shrugged his shoulders, saying we called the name.

No one called the name I was sitting at the counter waiting.

I can only say if you decide to use this store, make sure you keep on top of them because they don't care about you.

Really disappointed.

Best pizza in Boston! Thin crust-original cheese or pepperoni is a must. North end is great ambience but Fenway is a great location based on proximity to the ballpark. Doesn’t matter the location-the high quality taste is the same.

It was ok but nothing beats the original location in the North End. They must have used the same pizza slicer on a clam pizza as my mushroom pizza - I tasted seafood!

Mean staff. Seems they don’t like working here. Not welcoming at all. Don’t bother.

Arrive at the place to pick up an order and there was an gentleman and young lady were sayın 20 min and waiting for then I ask again they added another 15 min also they don’t treat customers really bad no respect no answer no eye contact she was like huh why are you coming here while waiting they are keep playing with the cell phones and talking. To someone on FaceTime while at work that’s not ok because they have to give a response and respect for the brand and customers they should be treated well to get the customer back again sorry about all

Pizza was good, but I went looking for a top spot in Boston. This location taste like any other chain pizza. If I had to do again I'd try to find the original.

The best pizza of my life. It’s just the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, saltiness, greasiness…the crust is so CRISP like a cracker almost…so good nom nom nom

I still dream about it all the time. Unfortunately I live in Texas so I can’t eat it every day, three times a day or I would. This location is just as delicious as the original in location in Little Italy in the north side.
