I have been visiting corner of Lima for more than 10 years and I have always had a good meal, even though I live far away and drive 40 minutes. Yesterday I came just to enjoy a good plate of ceviche and some green noodles. Starting off, the waitress took a while to come, finally we ordered the bitter noodles with a lot of basil and no flavor and no salt... I added salt but the taste of the basil was too strong... I mentioned it to the waitress and I told her and the answer was there is the Vocinera is surely in depression and left. Not a suggestion or anything, he comes back after 20 minutes and we had the plate halfway when I try the ceviche and I say oh look at the salt they didn't put in the noodles, it's in the ceviche and I ignore it. Well, I dared to tell you that I am a manager and I work in a restaurant and customer service and listening to and solving the customer's problem is very important. Your tip, service, etc. depends on that. It's not her fault that it's from Roa's kitchen that she told you Unju but you didn't solve the dish for me, yes, but you continued eating, of course, why didn't you solve it however you want, I'm going to pay for it, but try it, well, see, because we're human, one makes mistakes. and the cook comes to see, he doesn't try the food so ?‍♀️ anyway, someone came up who I suppose is the manager, what's happening, I explain to him but in reality he damaged my lunch, bad experience, we didn't eat more than the Half and the attitude and the terrible service. If you go to a place to eat out, it is to enjoy both the food and the stay. A really bad day... in the end the manager said you should have said at the beginning of course I told you so but the waitress didn't do anything ?‍♀️ so it's very easy for customers to get lost... I paid the entire check in full the only good thing was the sausage and how I mean, we didn't eat it, we didn't take it because we were already disgusted.

I am honestly here to WARN people about the seafood, I have been twice and LOVE seafood but I don’t think they clean their seafood correctly because I haven’t gotten food poisoning twice from the same place bc of their seafood.

Im wrong

Very good place. Nice atmosphere, although a little small (there were a good number of people waiting to have a seat). The service was fast and incredibly friendly.I really liked the ceviche and the dry goat (I felt a slight taste of blue cheese, I don't know why but I liked it, although there wasn't much cilantro). I ordered a lomo saltado but it didn't taste as good as the lomo saltado that a Peruvian is used to. There was something about the silao/vinegar/oyster sauce dressing that was lacking flavor. Plus the meat was a little dry.I liked that they serve you two types of chili and golf sauce as an additional. One point that I didn't like very much: the background music. Only Arjona sounded. It would have been better to hear something typical Peruvian.Anyway, I give it 5 stars because I would definitely return to the restaurant because it is good, although with some things to improve, I have no doubt that the experience, above all, is repeatable :)

How to start .The food was good but the service not so good, I returned to the rest after a long time, usually people go for a moment to chat, etc., unfortunately the lady who collects the plates every minute asked if we were finished, I don't think it's polite that it was stretching out the armTerrible.

The food here is good but the atmosphere is very off putting. The staff stares at you the entire time you’re eating I was so uncomfortable. And our order was messed up twice due to language barrier. I use to love this place but was disappointed recently

Fantastic spot. Ceviche is arguably the best I've had in the US. The baked stuffed potato (papa rellena) is really worth trying. Plantains also great. Service is excellent.
