Villa Francesca has always been a favorite spot for us in the North End. Unfortunately, the service and overall food quality has declined. The whole place seems tired and due for an upgrade. The home style Italian feel is there but there are many far better options in the North End.

The atmosphere and food at Villa Francesca was outstanding. We were seated by the open window and it felt like we were framed in a postcard. Outstanding service and very delicious large portions of food. The meatballs were so delicious and big. The chicken parm was so great and big. We all loved the sauce. The pesto bolognese was something I never had before and cannot wait to have it again. Caprese salad and eggplant were very delicious appetizers. Can't wait to return.
