If I could give this 0 stars I would have. I contacted the restaurant and I didn’t hear back from them. That was a week ago. That alone shows that they don’t care. My husband and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. Everything from start to finish was AWFUL. I have never written a negative Google review on anything. Our waitress never checked in our table to see how our food was, if we needed anything or if we wanted another drink. We don’t know where she was hiding out. My husband or the waiter who was waiting on the table behind us helped us more than she did. Our food arrived late because the kitchen couldn’t figure out what table ordered it. When we got it it was cold. When my husband ordered his burger she never asked how he wants it cooked. It came out grey. Both of our dinners were cold. I ordered the mac n cheese with bbq pork on it and it was supposed to have a cream sauce on it. The pasta was dry. No cream sauce. The top of the pulled pork had a drizzle of bbq sauce on it, after ate a few bites of the top the rest had no bbq sauce on it. It was shredded meat with no seasoning on it or bbq sauce. I had never tasted anything more disgusting than that. My husband had a hard time finding our waitress. He found her 4-5min later. She came to our table and I told her that it was cold and that there wasn’t bbq sauce on the pulled pork. She just stared at me. I didn’t know what to do. I asked for a cup of bbq sauce hoping that would flavor it. It took close to 4-5 min for a tiny cup to be brought out to me. You can’t pour bbq sauce on the meat without submerging all the meat in the bbq sauce. It was so disgusting. We had to be at a show so we were rushed because the whole meal with a nightmare. Waitress never thank you. She walked away. If we had time to talk to the manager I would have but like I said we were very pressed for time because everything took so long. The restaurant was practically empty. I got 1 drink when we got there and my husband did as well. We were there for well over an hour. She never asked us if we wanted another drink. The restaurant could have definitely made more money off of us but I was done. It takes a lot to ruffle our feathers. If the company respectfully replied back to me I wasn’t looking for any type of compensation. I want them to know that if she is not trained again properly then I promise they will loose a lot of business. Do not go there. There are a lot of fine restaurants in Boston to eat at. This is not one.

They do not offer unlimited free refills like 98-99% of the other restaurants out there. A cheap policy that undermines any/all of its positive attributes.

Just rude overall service, and the food really wasn’t that great for the obscene prices

8pm on a Saturday. Server takes 12 minutes to greet table. Never refills water. Completely disengaged. The price is way too high for shitty service.

Onion rings were soooo good with the cilantro lime ranch….which made me change my order to the Cilantro Lime Ranch Salad - which was incredible. Drinks were amazing. Dessert was the best part - caramel walnut butter cake. 🤤
Our waitress was also so sweet and attentive.

Two of our six in our group got their meals 10 mins ahead of the rest of us. They were out of most of the stuff we tried to order for food and their beer. The other three got their meals together. The sixths which is me got mine 10 minutes later.

I recently visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed by the poor level of hospitality, particularly from the waitress who served our table. From the moment we arrived, her demeanor was cold and unwelcoming. She appeared visibly irritated when we asked basic questions about the menu and responded in a curt, dismissive manner throughout our visit.

Rather than creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, her attitude made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. It's one thing to be busy — it's another to treat guests rudely, which is simply unacceptable in any service-oriented setting.

I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues, as customer service is a critical part of any dining experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit alone, I would not recommend this place to others.

We visited Rock Bottom today and had one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory. The waitress was incredibly rude—she barely greeted us, acted irritated when we asked simple questions, and made us feel like we were a burden rather than customers.

No matter how good the food might be, poor service like this ruins the whole experience. Hospitality is just as important as the meal, and unfortunately, Rock Bottom fell way short today. Won’t be coming back.

I was recommended this location by my hotel bartender(Gabby, love you), and upon arrival i was met by Kaleb and Abraham. These two gentlemen are the epitome of customer service and human decency.
As a foreigner who was temporarily stuck in Denver, these two gentlemen absolutely made me feel at home and showed the highest level of hospitality which can only come from their own integrity and respect for their jobs. I could not respect these boys more. with all my heart, thank you boys.

Diabolically priced drinks for the quality you get. I feel like I’m drinking diluted Robitussin mixed with Pepto Bismol. Not to mention how small the drinks are. I prefer a size that keeps me awake at night (unfair competition if you compare it to my man).

The environment was half decent until school children (accompanied by chaperones) flooded into the establishment so heavily, I’m surprised a tsunami siren didn’t start to blare. While the chaperones bear the responsibility of controlling the children, it is still up to the MANAGEMENT of this establishment to keep the environment of the business under control. Anyone in business or anyone who owns a business, knows that the environment of an establishment is vital to its success. You strive for repeat customers. You want them coming back to spend their money as they enjoy the place. I can say for sure that none of my party will be coming back to this place. If there’s any advice I can give for those looking to come here, make sure you have extra funds in your account. Not only to prepare for 0 star worthy drinks and service, but also to prepare to stay in a psych ward for the night, so that you may recover from the chaos you endured, that which ensues within the walls of this mismanaged establishment.

Best onion rings I’ve ever had. Convenient to Charles Theatre. Nice selection of their own brews. Fair pricing too! We will go again for sure!

We sat at the bar and had several beers and a club sandwich. The beers were cold, and the servers were attentive. The food was good also.

Unfortunately, it lived up to its name, it was rock bottom. It took 4 tries to place an order over the phone, the salad did not include the dressing, and overall was subpar for $17. Would recommend other nearby spots.
