Nurse working in Boston during storm. Husband booked two nights as I was working night shift. He was afraid I would be driving home & back in the ice. He is nice. Revere hotel is not. I only needed to sleep 6 hours with a late check out on first night. Tried to cancel second night and the Revere won't do it. So..... $500 to work two night shifts and get 6 hrs sleep. Marriot and Doubletree in that area have always been awesome during storms, but they were full ( it is vaca week). They get it. Lou and front desk team at Revere do not get it & were horrible. Book some place else in Boston of u read this.

I went to the rooftop bar on a solo journey and met TONY W as the bartender!! He was so kind and conversational! He gave me lots of recommendations of places to explore. The view is incredible up here. Definitely go here!!! Ask for Tony!!!

I went here for a birthday dinner and wouldn’t come back. To start, the waiter was not engaging at all and took forever to acknowledge us, even though we had a reservation. When our order was finally taken, they never checked in to ask how the food was or offer refills.
As for the menu, it was disappointing—there was a super small selection, tiny portions, poor quality, and everything was incredibly overpriced. I should also mention, as other reviews have warned, there’s no view; you’re simply looking at buildings in a very poor location. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I had a little birthday party at the rooftop, and it was so great. Glenn at the front desk gave us free drink tickets and Kat at the Rooftop helped me organize the reservation and seating, and answered all my many questions. They were both SO helpful and extremely kind, they really went the extra mile. Thank you so much to both of them! My birthday was amazing and made a million times better because of them.
