Another stellar meal at Rosa Mexicano. They NEVER disappoint me and I have been going there 15 or twenty years. I tried their tres leches dessert for the first time and it was AMAZING.

Good was great! I have a gluten allergy and there so many GF choices. Wait staff was attentive and responsive. We had a waiter in training and honestly he was amazing! So friendly and helpful when deciding what to order. Pomegranate signature frozen margarita was awesome!!!

Close to the Leader Bank Pavilion - nice atmosphere - prices are reasonable. We sat inside but the outdoor seating looked nice - on the street. The shrimp quesadilla did have a couple of tails but the drinks were excellent.

Worst restaurant experience in over 15 years. Waiter clearly forgot about us after asking what type of water we wanted. Next time he came over he brought water and took entire order. Drinks came 25 mins later. Then food came, and our appetitzer was completely forgotten. You probably wonder, why not tell waiter? Well, he never came back after taking order till he brought bill. At which time he realized we didn't get all food. He tried to get us to cancel it, but I wanted to try it, we were still hungry etc. so he brought it. Mild apology at best. And no offer to comp. even the forgotten app. I tipped him 10%, mostly out of my wife making me feel guilty. He didn't really seem to care. And best of call, we had made a reservation for this anniversary dinner. Tbh, soured our entire vacation.

Flavorless "Mexican" Service was fine and the outdoor seating is great for people watching but the food is very bland. Even the mojitos don't come with limes! I would not go back.
I have loved this chain for years! However, recently this particular location in Seaport, Boston, started serving old chips to the salsa and guacamole. Disappointing. The rest of the food is great.

It took a bit to get a table despite having a reservation. But once we got a table, it was a good one. Pedro was super attentive and despite the busy-ness of the restaurant, food and drink came in a timely manner and was delicious.

Our party of 3 arrived on time for our reservation for a business lunch and were the second party seated upon restaurant doors opening. Our waiter welcomed us and took our orders shortly thereafter. 30 mins later our food had not arrived, we were told it was coming right out. 20 mins after that, our waiter told us our order had gone to another table by mistake. Shortly thereafter a server brought an order to our table that wasn't ours. We informed the mgr of what was going on and he said he'd look into it “as soon as he could”. Another 20mins later our meals were delivered to the table but 1 of the 3 was the wrong item. Quality of the food we finally received was average. Staff were generally very disorganized and seemed overtaxed for a full house lunch crowd. The sous chef came to our table to personally apologize as did the manager, who comp'd our meals. But still, it was a 2+ hour ordeal.

I would highly recommend this restaurant! I had the most amazing vegetarian meal and delightful time! And to make it that much more amazing, I left something very valuable behind at the restaurant and not only did they find it, but they kept it in safe and secure in the hopes that I would call them back which I did but not until a day later. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a 5-star experience all around!
