We enjoyed a lovely Valentine's Day dinner here! The food and service was fantastic. Thanks!
Service was pretty slow, place wasn't busy. The wine list needs a lot of work and the employees aren't trained on how to open wine. It's not the end of the world but I spent over $200 on two bottles of wine.
Great service and beautiful space. The team acknowledged the special occasion we were celebrating. Happy hour is also a great deal.
Food varied in quality. Lobster w pasta ordered by two in our party was low in flavor and featured previously frozen lobster-disappointing and reason for low score. Also, these were the most expensive plates ordered. Shrimp and grits was excellent. Service was good, as was ambience-however, we needed to go to the hotel for restroom facilities-it was attached, but sub-optimal. Oysters and other food was very good. We have been to other locations in the past but will not come back to this location.
Sat at the bar, great view of the entire restaurant and the action. Bartender was amazing ,service was Incredible food was outstanding coming back in May for sure.
Bartender a bit agressive and up your butt to order. When we didn't immediately put in all apps we were ignored for a bit. May have been a change of shift but otherwise just strange. Otherwise great spot
Row 34 Kenmore was excellent from start to finish. Our servers were friendly and helpful with negotiating the menu. The food is fantastic. Folks loved the Fluke and shrimp and grits, and the hot butter lobster roll was the best we've ever had. Also, you MUST try the butterscotch pudding, it's super-smooth and so delicious!
Very allergy friendly. Fabulous, fresh seafood. Friendly, helpful service. The waitress and kitchen were super helpful and kind about dealing with my multiple food allergies. We had a great dinner here!
excellent food and service! this reopened row 34 at 34 Copley Square is as good as the original restaurant which we enjoyed for many years. My only comment is that the straight back chairs were very uncomfortable and the noise level from the music was a bit too too loud. We could hear each other speaking, but it was a few decimals too high great location. Great food great service great management. Enjoy! this reopened row 34 at original location.
Great oyster selections! The vibe feels corporate-y but we love the oysters and cocktails.

The food was delicious! However, service was uneven, as our servers were a bit brusque at points, rushing us through our appetizers, not answering questions about the menu, clearing utensils unnecessarily, and only giving us one dessert menu (for the four of us). We know New Year's Eve is a busy time, but things just felt impersonal and not at all warm.
staff was especially friendly, professional. lovely atmosphere, the only thing was music was too loud. food was great, had cocktail shrimp which was so fresh and snappy. fish and chips were done just right. and my mojito was outstanding lol.
Service was great. We ate @ Row34 twice during our stay @ the Commonwealth Hotel. Lunch was great on day 1, dinner not so much on night 2. Mussels were cooked perfectly, but the broth had no flavor. My burger was room to at best, 242 Fries were the same. Manager was very nice and remade my meal, but truth be told it was lacking temperature and seasoning on round 2 as well.
Enjoyed our Friday night meal, especially nice since connected to our hotel (Hotel Commonwealth).
Our server was excellent. She explained everything, was patient and friendly. We'll certainly be back.
