We stayed at the Onyx for 4 nights and ate breakfast here each morning. It is a buffet Monday and Tuesday and the rest of the week guests order from a menu. The lady serving (Arlene?) was very friendly and helpful but I felt that this place had gone downhill since we stayed in 2016. For starters, I know space is limited but putting the bacon in the same dish as the potatoes is surely inappropriate? We are both vegetarians and that made it difficult for us to get much of a breakfast...

Ahhh, you must have came in on the night of our call-out. Sorry you experienced slow service, that's not what were usually known for. Hopefully we can redeem ourselves on your next visit with us!
