Ruckus Reviews
Came here for a late night meal. Staff was friendly and helpful. We grabbed a few items. The Tokyo style ramen, dope yolk , & crispy heirloom potato. All was pretty good. The ramen was hearty and the pork belly was crispy. Dope yolk was a different.all the texture just went together. All they have a decent food. I would be back

Menu
Ruckus is a hip ramen shop with a simple yet delicious menu. The ramen bowls are a hit, with noodles that are a bit heartier than usual. The char siu is particularly impressive. The broth is good, and the prices are very good for the quality, with generous portions of meat. The menu is small, with only around five ramen options. The restaurant has a unique atmosphere, with an open kitchen and a few seats along the wall. The staff is friendly, and the presentation of the dishes is nice. Some customers have noted that the broths can be salty, and the menu items can be pricey. However, the pork fried rice was pretty good, the egg roll was awesome, and the Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle was quite delicious, with plentiful and tender beef, soft-boiled eggs, delicious noodles, fresh vegetables, and rich soup. The environment is bright and clean.
