Bad service decent food. My partner placed a pickup order. I arrived 20 minutes later, asking if they had her order. I was told it wasn’t ready quite yet but they’d check on it. 15 minutes later I asked again and apparently it had been ready 13 minutes earlier. I would probably eat there again, but this time I wish they’d had more follow through.
After 2 weeks of Maine with the found maxim “the better the basic products, the worse the chefs” happy to be back in Boston. Location bigger than thought, full, stylish, young. Four of us ordered 3 plates per nose with sharing intention. In detail I can't remember every detail, as we travel socially rather than culinary, the perfectly cooked Wagyu got stuck on the regressive lollipop, the spicy spiced Bo Bo Chicken and Calamari. The portions were large enough to share, the amount of 3 courses each sufficient, the bill at the end looked significantly lower than originally calculated - at least for US metropolis conditions. Wine offer European, open wines rather inferior to average for around 15$ - but I am not flying to the USA, i.e. a disappointment like almost everywhere in New England (but there were no outstanding craft beers alternatively) - a shortcoming! Service was cool, but ok, could be more attentive. Since I also had menus at Nikkei and Nikkei Nine a week later in Hamburg and 2 weeks later in Essener Bliss. Nobu Style had, a comparison is appropriate. According to this, the Ruka was the culinary winner, the Bliss the clear price-performance and wine selection winner and the highly acclaimed Nikkei Nine a single disappointment.
amazing meal and we had an amazing server, oscar who was kind, attentive and helpful !! everything was so delicious and full of flavor. the space is beautiful and it was an amazing dining experience.

Food was pretty good, no complains about it at all and the ambience is really nice too. My biggest complain is the service. Our waiter refused to even meet our eyes. I don’t understand why she kept busy with every other table she was serving except us. We had to wait 30 mins before our table was cleared. We paid extra to get our own birthday cake in, we had to wait for the server for 20 mins to bring it out after lighting our own candles, and after she did, she just left the cake there. We kept raising her hand to flag her but she refused to meet our eyes. How do you expect us to eat the cake? With our hands? So disappointed. This felt like we were being disrespected and discriminated. I loved the food but I would never come back here because of the service we received.

Ordered drinks and glasses were sent over half full. Sent them back and the server actually brought them back to us saying they were correct and if we wanted full glasses we would be charged for a shot. It was shocking. Will never dine here again and will not recommend others to as well

It used to be one of my go-to places, but today I felt the worst. Not just me, my friends and colleague also felt that something was off. The server, whose name I don't remember but had a distinctive hair strip, was extremely rude. That was just not acceptable and really ruined the atmosphere. Just the service was the worst!!!!!

It's one of the best peruvian fusion restaurants I've ever been to.

A bit noisy and the wait staff aren't the best, but the food is very interesting and beautiful. Cold noodles, tuna tataki and all the sushi we got were all outstanding.

We walked in on a Friday night to have a couple of cocktails. The hostess said there was no seats but we could stand and have drinks. When we approached the bar the bartender was very much not welcoming, told us all sets were reserved without asking us whether we needed a drinkmenu or a water, he was very awkward to communicate with , we ended up have a drink, and they were pretty good, but the whole experience was weird, felt very pretentious, we are both in our early 40s so may be nowadays it's weird to stand around and have drinks but that's how we used to do it back in the day I guess. I wouldn't go back for food simply because the whole ambiance if very inflated with pretence.
We stopped in briefly after a show and grabbed seats at the sushi bar. Service was great and the food even better. The dining room and bar are beautifully designed.
We were lucky to catch them between meal rush crowds, this is a restaurant you might want to consider reservations for.
