Hard to beat for the price. Teriyaki chicken, double meat with vegetables was still only 14 and change.

Chicken teriyaki over rice with vegetables for under $12 including tax. Good for a quick meal

Something is wrong with these guys here, the guy in the cashier- very rude and asks for order in a very rude manner. Said something in his own language to his friends just because i dont understand his terrible English! Not fit to be there to take orders!

True story I went to Sakura Japan in Longwood to get 2 combos chicken with rice and as the order wraps up the guy looking like a Asian elf from elders scroll says something in Japanese subtitles about me and laughed with the other odd looking fellow so I don't know if they made a joke or did something to my food but this will be the last time I spend money with there kind

Good place. Good food. Vegetarian and chicken. Sometimes, they have specials, too.

Vegetarian options: Vegetables, rice, sauce. Simple but good.

The food is not worth the price, tasteless, not well cooked and soggy. The staff were so unfriendly and acted uninterested in taking the orders or answering questions pertaining to my order. Please do better.

If you’re a student or worker on the go, you need something fast (within 5 minutes), filling, and nutritious (meat, veggies, carbs), this is your best bet in Longwood Galleria.

Options are simple, my go to is the chicken and shrimp plate with fried rice (has never done me wrong). Ask for extra sauce at the end when they’re about to finish plating (if they haven’t asked you already).

The one issue is that there usually isn’t enough sauce for all the food, but honestly, we as a nation would benefit from eating less sodium ?.

I have no idea why this has such low rating. Their main dish chicken teriyaki is so god damn good and it's relatively cheap.

Sakura Japan is my go-to comfort food when we're in the Longwood area. Just the right amount of salty, sweet, crunchy, and fresh with plentiful portions. I get the chicken teriyaki., and recommend getting extra veggies, extra sauce to get through your stressful Children's Hospital and Beth Israel visits.
