I ordered 3 Large Cheese pies for Pick-up yesterday. This was my 1st Sal's experience and it was good one. The smell was immediately inviting & reminded me of the No-Name pizza shops of my Brooklyn childhood. The two gentlemen, JT and Jamal, were incredibly nice, attentive, and accommodating. The MBTA ran smoothly and I arrived 45 minutes earlier than my designated time. In my defense, who the hell expects this? I would have definitely understood if I had to wait but they jumped into action. It is important to note: I watched their interactions with other customers and the consistency in their kindness was next level. They were not just there, they showed up! It is a cozy space with breakfast bars if one decides to eat in, which is why I gave a three for atmosphere. My order was for Roommates' dinner so it was basic, but I plan to return and try other items. My house enjoyed the pies, though, as gauged by the silence once I put them out! Thanks for a great 1st impression, guys! You have set a standard for the chain.

Customer service was horrible. Called to pick up pizza just to wait. Pizza is mediocre and they have the audacity to give you an attitude after asking the wait time. If i wanted to wait what’s the point of calling it ahead of time.

Wasn’t ready when they said it would be even though I specifically called ahead and asked if it could be before placing the order
The girl at order/check out counter could not remember an order and had to ask customers several times what they wanted, even forgot to give one customer his change back. The door said to download app to receive discount, counter girl did not know how to give discounts so the only other person working was one making pizzas and she seemed annoyed to be bothered. She said she was only manager on duty and could only give 10% discount which was not what door or various signs posted stated. She then said they had a new system and did not know how to operate it. Only when voiced that I would give a negative review did she give us the appropriate discount but was not nice about it. The pizza itself tasted like cardboard, worst pizza I have ever had. Poorly run, not enough workers and the only 2 working seemed to dislike their jobs very much. Would never recommend.

the pizza is fine (I mean, it's pizza), but overpriced and you can get so much better virtually anywhere else.
