To start with the good…staff was very nice. Place is as clean as you would expect it to be for this type of establishment and location. No complaints there. On to the bad…Perhaps I’m biased as a New Yorker but over the course of 33 years on this planet this was the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever eaten. Decent enough as a drunk meal if you’re leaving one of the nearby bars but any sober person would not continue eating after the first bite unless you’re absolutely starving.
Also worth noting a typical slice is two slices here. So ordering 4 we got 8…do not recommend stay away. Dave Portnoy would vomit here.

Their website said 2 large pizzas for $10 — sounds great, right? Except when you actually show up, the manager acts like you made it up. We even showed her the page, and she basically shrugged and said nope, but she could do 19-inch pizzas for $19 (gee, thanks?). Super rude, zero accountability. Maybe update your website instead of gaslighting your customers? Definitely not coming back even though I live right around there

Decided to try to give them a chance after an influx of recent negative reviews. I was wrong. Not open during clearly posted hours. Disappointing.

Not like I used to remember it; still in the same spot but not as packed in the pizza place and no deals! The pizza was decent, nothing spectacular like I remembered!

Came before the Sox game at 11:30 and the manager told me they were closed. So we came after the Sox game at 4:30 the buffalo chicken looked disgusting and that’s what I wanted all day so I got cheese instead.. the manager on duty does not love her job her attitude shows it.. just so disappointing

⸻ Absolutely love Sal’s Pizza! The crust is perfectly chewy, the cheese is rich and flavorful, and the slices are always generous. Feels like an authentic New York-style experience every time. Fast service and consistently great quality—highly recommend! 🍕✨
Very convenient but very average pizza and not enough seating for game day. But on other days its an easy place to get fast reliable food

Had the Sal's slice in Fenway and it was the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Save your money and pick up a Chef Boyardee pizza kit on the way home instead. Sal's mother should be ashamed of him for serving this abomination. May God have mercy on your soul, Sal.
The service at this place was so bad. When we walked in the worker didn’t even say anything to us. He was insanely rude when we asked questions and barely answered them. The bathrooms were also dirty with urine all over the toilet. The mozzarella sticks were good but our wings were undercooked.

Sal’s hit the spot. Service was a little slow since there was only one guys working but it didn’t take long. The pizza was really good and I would go again.

Just had Sal's Pizza at Fenway Park for the UConn bowl game and it was horrible Not sure how they stay in business making pizza that bad and if Sal is Italian he should have his Italian card revoked Just horrible!
