the worst place in the world, they don't serve you and apart from that, poor service, they laugh at how you eat as you are, the food is bad, especially the chicken wings

Coleslaw was passed its due date, pizza was cold, Bloody Mary did not come with the advertised toppings…

Rude staff. Ignored and then lectured for asking if we could be served. There are better choices nearby.

For the Terminal B location: super handy place to grab a cocktail or a snack before heading to your flight. One thing to remember: if you're drinking beer, and they bring you a 16 oz pine glass, it is the same price as the larger beer they serve when they have the official Samuel Adams glasses! Be sure to say something. They'll probably top off your big glass.

Service? What service? Waited 30 minutes and no one came to table to take our order. If you’re a traveler waiting for a flight I’d say pick a different place.

Lots of interesting beers available on draft along with a short menu of typical appetizers. Quick service. Sports on screen to keep you interested as you wait for your plane.

We enjoyed a great burger and cold beer in a friendly, efficient setting that was clean!Our final experience before departure was great!

Service was awful. The wait staff took his time taking seating us. He waited on several tables prior to taking our order and then our food came much later. I would have order another drink but he never checked on us. Too bad because I enjoyed the beer.

Buffalo chicken does not go on a red pizza. Slow service.

Once you get past security screening at an airport, your dining options quickly become limited. Still, this was our second experience with a Sam Adams at an airport (Manchester, NH being the other). My wife and I were told to sit where we wanted, and our waiter arrived in short order. My wife went for the personal margherita pizza while I opted for a turkey club sandwich; we both added soft drinks. The serving size was ample- the sandwich was big and the pizza a good size. Quality and taste were excellent. Total price with tax, before tip, was $38.24. The suggested tip amounts were properly calculated before tax. While the price was high, it was better than the other non-fast food option (Legal Sea Foods). Short of eating at an odd hour prior to the fight, this would be our go-to choice in the future faced with the same situation, and Sam Adams would be worth a look at any airport based on our experience.
