Sometimes people set expectations so high that it’s impossible to live up to and they have certainly flirted into that category. It is an incredibly delicious that has multiple elements that all work really well together. The hours of operation and pricing are a major disappointment and expected a little more in return

We stopped here for a quick bite
before starting a freedom trail tour. The pastrami traveler sandwich and a lemonade were a great start to our Boston visit. You order at the counter and grab an open table to eat.
As busy as it was I did notice the staff was diligent about wiping down the tables as guests left. Great place!!!

Sam LaGrassa’s is one of our must stops when we are in Boston. Located in the heart of Downtown. I had the Rueben ($22) and fries ($6). A bit pricey but super tasty. Fries are perfect, crispy on the outside and soft & steamy on the inside. Always busy and has the classic Boston feel.
