Santarpio's Pizza

Ordered from the kiosk and then was told we can’t take our pizza into the restaurant, the restaurant was empty…

Maybe the staff should consider the second order effects that a lack of a common sense might bring their business

We placed our order, we didn't see the little sign that says those who order through the kiosk can't sit down basically. When we sat down they told us we couldn't do it. We had to eat in front with the pizza boxes on our laps. The pepperoni pizza wasn't the best but it was eatable, the onion pizza was horrible, too many big pieces of raw onion, I thought they were cooked onions with the sauce.

Don’t go here. Horrible service. They don’t let you sit if you order at the kiosk and the waitresses treat you horribly.

The chicken sandwich was good. Chip bag was so skimpy - like 10 chips. Service was friendly.

It was a simple pizza didn’t had any toping extra toppings. They’re super friendly tho!

Ordered food and sat down at the bar. Was told I wasn’t allowed to sit there because I got my order to go. I asked if I could switch my order from to go to dine in, I was refused.

They not even say sorry at all. Instead They say that It suppose like that because inside the airport.

Stopped around 10:30 am before my flight boarded at 11:20. Erin was the SWEETEST server. Very attentive and made me the best Bloody Marys I've had in a very long time. Pizza was amazing- wasn't sure if airport pizza could be as good as the real place but it was! Perfect way to end my trip home. Now back to reality.

We ordered at the kiosk because no one was available to take our order. When we sat down to eat, the two clown servers said we had to eat outside because we ordered to go (the restaurant was completely empty, all tables were available).

Paid $17 for a small weak pizza. Ridiculous services, I guess they didn't want to clean the table. I was going to order more but decided to have lunch elsewhere.

If you’re unwilling to staff this place adequately, please close. Your QR system is garbage. You need actual staff to take orders, provide customer service, etc. Either staff properly or close this monstrosity.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a pizza from the kiosk and then we sat in the dining room to wait for it. Not even a minute after being there a waiter came over and asked if we were all set to order. I told him I was waiting for a pizza from the kiosk order. He said I can't sit there unless I order from him as dine in. The place was freaking empty. So we got up and waited by the entrance. A few minutes past and we decided to sit at the bar and order drinks while we waited. Then my pizza came. A waitress came up to me when she saw me eating my to go pizza at the bar and said that next time I cannot sit there if I'm not dining in, even though we ordered drinks. The entire rest of the time while I finished my pizza, the 3 employees were all chatting about us. And I heard the woman said to the man "yeah I know I was in the ladies room when they sat down." I felt extremely uncomfortable and discriminated against. And when I finished my pizza I asked if I could leave the box there and she said "no there's a trash can over there" and pointed to one across the hall. Do yourselves a favor and do not waste your money here. Also the blue moon and ginger ale we ordered cost $18 BEFORE tip! Ridiculous.

Waitress harassed me to order food the second I sat down like can I settle in and look at the menu and decide?! the place was empty so it’s not like I was holding up someone else from sitting and ordering she kept telling me this is a food only restaurant even at the bar smh good grief she totally turned me off so I just left and went to wahlburger much better atmosphere and friendly staff unlike the rude uptight server

This has to be the worst place ti get food on earth. They are so slow , the bartender yells at you when you seat to wait for food with an empty place , there’s 4 people working no orders and breakfast sandwich takes 20 min. Absolutely terrible!!!! Logan airport should kick this place out for awful service and awful

Honest pie. We got a couple hours to kill. Hungry and get a seat here (it's packed). Service is fast! These guys are zipping around like they are on rails. They got real Sam Adams on tap (yeah they want a fortune, but it's an airport, and water is like 5 bucks). Food comes out in less than 15 minutes. Our beer came out immediatamente however. Dig it!
