Santia's Bakery Boston is a neighborhood Dominican bakery with great, very big empanadas that are wonderful, crazy, and habit-forming. The empanadas are under five bucks, fill you up, and have a buttery, light, and a little sweet pastry crust. The ham and cheese empanada is recommended. The tres leche cake is everything and unlike any other, though other cakes like guava and dulce de leche receive mixed reviews. The Dominican suspiro is also loved. Pastelitos and Quipes for events are very good. Parking is insane and it is kind of a grab and go situation with one table. While a cake order once had an issue, the baker showed genuine concern and care in resolving it.
