We were celebrating my brothers 21st birthday party. The owner is so nice. Food was amazing and everyone is super helpful and accommodating.

The owner personally came to the table to check on us and made sure we enjoyed the meal. Authentic italian!

We were what I assume to be the last reservation of the night. I know that can be frustrating but I also would like to not feel rushed. Every staff member was sitting down next to the server terminal staring at us or playing in their phone waiting for us to be done. We were eating as quick as possible because we knew it was late, but it was the only time we could make it. The server didn't offer dessert or another beverage. We just left after our meal. The food was amazing but we would've liked to not feel rushed. Partially our fault for going in a day that we had to eat late. Would still go again earlier to get the full experience. The restaurant had no host stand so that was confusing unless we just went in the wrong entrance which is possible. The room was very small and crowded with tables but quaint.

Great atmosphere, the food is average with small portions. Chicken parmigiana had the same quality of a frozen meal and the ravioli portion was very small.

I was very disappointed. I made a 6:30 reservation for my son and I. We arrived a few minutes early, checked in and were brought through a door to what seemed like a different restaurant. Told to go up the stairs and someone would take care of us. No one was there. I awkwardly stood there until I asked a waiter what to do. He said onto the stairs and pick a table. It was an empty room! I chose to dine in the North End to have a nice experience. Not sit alone in a random overflow room. I hated it. Food was fine. Servers were nice. Experience was terrible due to our table. If I didn't use a reservation I'd understand being put there but I did.

My family and I ate here on a Saturday night. The restaurant was lively but not too loud. We had no wait, were seated in the basement that had an amazing ambiance, our service was top notch, and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Spiciest rigatoni arrabbiata I've had in the north end. It was delicious!! I sat in the upstairs section and beware the stairs are a tad steep.

Great experience at Ristorante Saraceno with my family of 9! We were there for our New Year's Eve dinner, which was very festive and a perfect spot to celebrate.

We went with two friends on 1/30/25. The food was fair, nothing to write home about. Beware of the valet parking. They charged us $30 for valet parking and we got a $60 parking ticket because they parked the car illegally. When we called the restaurant, they disavowed any responsibility because they subcontract to an outside service who “they have no control over “. The subcontractor doesn't return our call. As we were driving a rental car and we're not from MA, we will be stuck with this charge. Very deceptive and sleazy.

Really really good shrimp carbonara. The rest of my group was also very satisfied with their dinners. 6 dinners a few apps and a couple bottles of wine was ~$450 before tip. Not too bad all things considered. Would recommend.

The food was great, but there was a broken glass under our table, one of our forks was dirty and my cloth napkin was ripped.

We went on Christmas Eve, knowing that it would be busy. All-in-all, we had a nice meal. The food was very good. The service was harried. The tables are packed in tight, so your chair is likely pushing up against the person behind you.

We were sat upstairs where it was freezing cold, and there was a table next to us singing/shouting loudly and drunk throughout our whole dinner and were never told to quiet down. Our appetizer also came out after our main meal.
