I had a reservation but was unable to use it, as everyone had to wait outside to be seated even with a reservation. The line to be seated was long and not moving.

You should remove the information about valet. The valet is for Hanover Street not this restaurant. They also do not validate. We had to keep asking for things during our meal. Food was comparable to a suburban restaurant. Nothing special. We go to north end often. Wanted to try somewhere we've never been. We will not go back.

The service was quite poor, we waited for 45 minutes prior to being waited on or ordering. Our drinks, including basic Diet Cokes, took 30-40 minutes to come. Our food was also very delayed. Our server was basically missing.

I've been to many restaurants in the North End. Saraceno did not disappoint. Service was excellent, Italian decor and ambiance outstanding. And food was the top of the line. My wife and I both agreed the Carbonara was the best we've ever had. The Italian tenor made the experience that much more memorable. Fun time.

We have been eating in the North End for over 50 years and Saraceno serves the best eggplant parm! The restaurant is always consistent with great food and service.

Such a cute restaurant! The food was amazing. My mom and I split the Rigatoni all' Arrabbiatta, and, with the bread, it was plenty of food for the two of us.

We came a bit early for our reservation but were seated right away in the front with open windows. Service was great and food was fantastic. Enjoyed veal marsala and oyhers had chicken parm, risotto and cutlets. Everything were perfect. Chianti was smooth. Will be back.

Party of seven took more than two hours. I ordered the chicken picatta and the chicken was rubbery and cold when it came out, also was not served with pasta or anything for that matter. Bill was over $500 and not at all worth the price. Very disappointed.

The place was nice. Reminds us the small restaurants in Italy, going to the basement for dinner. The service was ok, took longer than expected. The food was ok. We had better in the north end. Overall was a good experience.

Food was great! Service was great! Was a little loud in the basement for conversation BUT it was a friday night. So it could be expected.

Walked in and felt like a little Italy Restaurant should feel, narrow, low lighting, white table cloth and wood all over. Then came the food, the fried calamari was great, the stuffed mushrooms were delicious, the spaghetti carbonara was fantastic and last not least the ravioli puscanetta with bolognese sauce was amazing and nicely filled with ricotta. Put in reservations just to be on the safe side which is a good idea.

Very accommodating. Had friend with mobility issues and they saved us a table right in front on the main level. Jose our waiter was very friendly and the food was excellent as always. Our friends from Australia enjoyed the experience and the front table gave them the view of all the action on Hanover Street.

Five of us, each ordered a different entree and each rated the meal as excellent. Service was great. although the restaurant was busy, food was served quickly. The restaurant is a bit noisy. The street level diniing room is smaller. But does not feel crowded.

We had an excellent meal like we always do. The food and service is great. Always our place to go when in the North End.
