You all need to improve not only your food, but also your customer service. Stop rushing people with their orders and be nicer. You guys start prepping before they’ve even paid which doesn’t take into consideration the fact that they may want to change their order to something else.

This place is in the Corner Mall on Washington St in Boston. The service is terrible and the guy at the register is rude. Also they charge for plastic bags. The food is ok, but be ware, mean service!
Your going to sarku japan not the capital grille!!! The food is always the same very good for the price. Always quick and courteous service. Anyone more here leaving negative reviews just has too much time on their hands and are clueless.

Terrible service and place. I got the beef teriyaki and they seemed to be low on beef so they gave me about 6 tiny pieces of beef. I asked if that’s it and if they will give me more but the “chef” just ignored me. 11 dollars for 6 pieces of lousy beef. Not coming back ever again.

Please be careful eating here my dad got severe food poisoning after he ate chicken and rice from here he started throwing up the food after he dinned in its been 2 weeks since he’s been in the hospital fighting off the infection .
