This place is really good. Best chicken and beef teriyaki I've ever had. Only complaint of their hours: they close at 6:30, which IMO, is too early. So of you're gonna get something you gotta get there by EOD.

I ate here the other day. I ordered a chicken teriyaki plate and a lemonade. I got to my table, went to put my straw in my drink and realized there was a small roach floating on the top inside my drink! I went back to the lady that took my order, told her that there was a bug in my cup. I needed another drink. She proceed to turn around, dump it out and went to fill up the SAME cup with lemonade! I said, no! I need a new , CLEAN cup. She then, with an attitude, fixed me a new drink in a new cup. She was aggravated that I asked for a new cup. They obviously have roaches, bad manners and poor service. Do not eat there.

No ? apology as if it was a mistake and then have to go through a long line again. Fast fast fast pace no any customer service at all. The building has no restroom. Probably the best food you'll ever find in Boston. No wait and if theirs a line max you'll wait 5 mins. It's spanks every time. Can't go wrong. The spot is Boston very single time. Diversification of people for sure. I love the dudes in suits keeling us safe.
We stumbled across this mall while walking around downtown Boston and stopped in for some lunch. We heard and smelled some sizzle and immediately went towards sarku Japan. The prices were reasonable and the portion size as good. I got the chicken and shrimp teriyaki that came with vegetables and fried rice. Only thing it was missing was spice to it but overall it was good.

I visited this location (Corner Mall), today, on my lunch break and the guy that I guess was the head cook/ in charge wouldn't give me what I paid for. The guy at the register started talking to one of the cooks (in their language) when I asked him if what I was looking at was supposed to be extra shrimp. When they finished talking, the guy at the register said yes. I had already paid with my card and again, I was on my lunch break so I took the plate and left. I ordered the chicken and shrimp teriyaki with noodles and vegetables. I know how they give more chicken than shrimp so that is why I ordered extra shrimp. Unless, they count their shrimp at the Corner Mall location in downtown Boston, MA, they didn't give me extra shrimp. I have ordered the same option from the Longwood Ave and Brockton location, with no problem, with getting the extra shrimp and it's obvious that they give you extra shrimp. At one point, I thought that the guy didn't charge me for extra shrimp but I knew that wasn't the case when I looked at the receipt. I gave this location one star because of the way that I was treated. It makes me wonder how many other people have they done this too, especially now that they have an app so you can order ahead. You won't know if they gave you what you paid for until you sit down to eat ,or if you look at your order in person. I don't see a lot of people going back to say something after the fact. It's things like this that makes me leery about dealing with food delivery apps.

Very straightforward, quick and reliable teriyaki grill fare at a reasonable price for the large amount of food given. One serving of teriyaki chicken over rice is always enough for leftovers, and I'm a big guy.
