This morning, I went to Society restaurant inside the Westin for breakfast. I had the best experience one could ever wish for. Mya was my server. Her kindness and attention was infectious and tear jerking after a not so great experience. After a long day of flying and not having time to get a meal, we checked in around midnight. Our pilot requested our complementary sandwich boxes for crew that arrived after 11 PM. The front desk agent Nunzio said there was no food, they forgot to make them. We asked if he could check to see if there was at least fruit. In the most dismissive manner he could muster, he said NO. The manager did come out and mention that he could at least offer complementary breakfast vouchers. Our captain asked if we could have lunch vouchers instead because we don’t get up that early when we arrive really late. The manager said breakfast is all that he has approvals for. Understood.Then he went back to his office. Nunzio was still with us at the front desk, unwilling to answer any more questions about other options. I went to my room, dropped off my luggage and decided to call and get more information about the breakfast option, how to get it covered, times etc. Nunzio then said “well you guys walked away” and he hung up the phone on me. I put my clothes back on and went downstairs and I let him know that I understood this must be frustrating for him and we all work with customers but there’s no reason to be unkind. I tried pulling a bit of reasoning out of him, no luck, he was staunch and upset that he had to deal with anything at all. He gave me the breakfast voucher, and I went back to my room. Well Mya and the staff in the Sauciety greeted me with beautiful smiles, kindness and were complete BRAND AMBASSADORS for their restaurant and the Westin! I explained that we were the late crew and our food was forgotten last night, she went into service mode! She got me juice, coffee, and a omelette. She was so happy to make sure was taken care of. Mya’s nurturing and caring spirit over shadowed the entire experience from the night before. I asked about the other staff members as they were all so kind and so present as I watched other people come in. Johnny was in charge of the beautiful buffet. Everything was clean and the buffet was well displayed. Keon was the assistant server and presented as if he were leading the shift too:) I enjoyed the entire staff. I was very grateful as we all do the same kind of work/service just like I do on the plane. Kindness always wins. Hope to see their lovely manager Sandra and everyone again soon. Mya and Sauciety gave me the best experience ever!

We came to Boston for the first time and stayed at the Westin Seaport District. We ate breakfast here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was great and the service by our waitress, Mya, was exceptional! Talk about awesome customer service! She was so friendly and personable and attentive and just a pure delight. We asked to be seated in her area every single time we went back. She would know right away the next time that I wanted hot tea, my husband wanted coffee and apple juice, and that we both liked our bacon extra crispy. She was the best waitress we have ever had! What a gem!

We arrived in Boston for the first time, staying at the Westin in the Seaport District. We ate breakfast here and it was delightful. Our waitress, Mya, was superb! So friendly and personable, efficient, and wonderful. It really made our experience here extraordinary. She was very attentive and truly a shining example of what excellent customer service is. We will be staying here all week and having breakfast here, so we will definitely request her service. What a pleasure! She found out that we were celebrating our 20th anniversary and made it extra special with a chocolate cake and candle for breakfast. How sweet! Thank you Mya! The breakfast food was awesome too. I ordered scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, potatoes and toast. My husband got eggs Benedict. Everything was delicious and came out nice and hot and my bacon was nice and crispy. Myja also was attentive with our drinks. I ordered hot tea and got plenty of English breakfast tea bags and even a pot of hot water. She even asked if I wanted some to go. All of these special touches make this breakfast one to remember!

Went for the breakfast buffet and it was worth it. You can order eggs or omelette made to order. Bacon and sausage were made well.

During my stay at the Westin for a Conference, I ate twice at Sauciety. The first time was lunch. I would like to commend/give a shout-out to our waitress Mya, who was professional and super helpful with professional, frank recommendations. We really appreciated her. I also really enjoyed my brunch waitress on Saturday; she was so lovely, helpful and kind. Thanks!

I really was hoping for a good experience. I had a taste for something good. I ordered the Banana Foster's French Toast with scrambled egg whites. It wasn't good at all. The banana fosters mix was cold and it cooled off my French toast which was warm at best. The Banana Foster's mix was on one piece of French Toast, that was a plus because both pieces would have been cold. There gnats in the dining room. I had to keep fanning them away. My server was nice. The scrambled egg whites were ok. I will not return to this establishment.
