The Cacio e pepe is rich and flavorful, and the spaghettini w snow crab & alex's homemade salsa matcha is fantastic, with fresh and tender crab. The xtra cold crisp butter lettuce salad w/ peach & warm parmesan custard is a light and flavorful starter. The service is amazing and wonderful, with attentive staff.
