The space is cozy and the acoustics are fantastic.
The only thing that I didn’t like much was the chairs as they are uncomfortable.
Also, the tables are too small for 4 people.

We went to the concert with Eliane Elias on June 8th, 2024. The seat was at a small table directly at the stage. The sound was first class. The concert lasted 75 minutes with encores. We don't go to a music club because of the food, but it was decent. You can have a lovely evening here.

The space was a bit tighter and service a bit slower than expected. Your only parking option is in the hotel's paid parking garage. That being said, all in all the wonderful live music experience made it all worth it ? The musicians and the crowd had great energy. I would consider coming back again.
Parking: The only parking option is the hotel parking lot, which is $15/hour or $20 for jazz club guests

Great Jazz performance. Had close up seats but looks like there isn't a really bad seat in the room. Enjoyed having a beer and tasty crispy truffle fries during the show. Would continue to go back for other Jazz shows.
My only complaint is the high price to self park in the attached garage for the Jazz shows. Should be at least half of what they are charging now.

Beautiful, intimate jazz club with excellent sound system. Excellent place to see a show. Beverage service was very slow. Did not partake in the food service but what was being served around me looked good.
Parking: Super simple parking in the attached garage and you can pay for your parking in the venue, which makes for a convenient exit.

I have a little difficulty understanding the reputation of this place. Staying in a hotel, the atmosphere is a little cold. This is accentuated by the service which is really borderline polite. We have the impression of being on a somewhat cheap cruise ship, with soulless chain service. My biggest point of frustration is with the music. Throughout the performance we hear the sounds of the kitchen and the cash register printing vouchers. I don't understand why we welcome artists and aren't able to have discreet equipment to respect their work and the spectators. The food is average to good, the cocktails are quite good but a more careful presentation in beautiful glasses would give a little prestige to the experience. The price is extremely expensive. Paying between $40 and $55 per person without consumption included, in a place like this is frankly excessive. I thought the price was for the table, the site is not at all clear on the subject. As I could only take one ticket for the chosen table I thought it was valid for the entire table, except that in reality it was because there was still one place to sell at this table which would have implied that I find myself sitting at a table of strangers!! I only understood this once there because NOTHING specifies this on the site.Let us add that the experience is spoiled by the service and the extraneous noise during the service, but also by the $20 parking and the machines that do not work to pay, in short I do not recommend this place.

You'll like it if you think flying is a good experience. Talk about customer-first mindset...they sit you at a table with perfect strangers and when I say sit I mean almost on each other's lap, the table is the size of a coffee table for one (imagine what happens when 4 people order food and drinks together), there's absolutely no space in-between tables, and when the set is over they "kindly" walk you out so they get ready for the next one. Music is great but that's not the way jazz is supposed to be enjoyed.
