This soup was the saddest soup ever, it was just water, and 6. I'm not joking, it was 6 small pieces of seafood. Don't ask for this, please, the name is spicy seafood soup.

Food was passable considering the limited Korean spots in Boston, flavors aren’t anything to write home about but they’re good lunch portion sizes for a fair price.
However service was quite slow even though there were only a few patrons, and we had to wait a while to ask for basic things like ordering and utensils at a table of 2. Almost 20 minutes after ordering we still had not received any banchan that was part of the lunch set and had to request it and wait a bit longer. The waitresses were either on their phones or simply gone most of the time.

But the strangest thing was the broken carrying dish for the soup. The staff chose to double up the broken one with another instead of just using a regular one, making it dangerous and tricky to lift since you couldn’t see the broken one missing part of the handle with a sharp jagged edge on the bottom. Had to lose some soup to this discovery.
I was hoping to make this a regular lunch spot but still on the fence about it.

The prices were amazing and the serving sizes were great. A friend and I went after a Celtics game and feasted. We got a BBQ and Bibimbap combo, bulgolgi, and the veggie scallion pancake. There was a lot of extras throw in - miso soup, little dishes of kimchi, broccoli, and tofu. The chili oil was great and the pork that came with the BBQ was sooo good. The chicken in the bibimbap was a little dry, but the mushrooms in it were seasoned to perfection. The staff was super prompt, and they masked which I appreciated. A heads up - the bathroom is down a flight of stairs and might not be accessible to someone with mobility limitations.

The worst Korean restaurant in my experience! I had lunch special and unless you remind yourself you’re in a Korean restaurant, it could be at any place. Very disappointed!

This Korean restaurant located at MGH/Charles Station on the Boston Metro Red Line (near MGH Hospital) offers Korean cuisine and barbecued meats, and is suitable for group dining or individual dining. This time I ordered the Seoul combination: Soft tofu+BBQ. The beef tofu hot pot has a rich soup and the tofu is soft and tender. The spicy pork roast is slightly sweet but slightly spicy. The pork is tender and delicious. Side dishes such as kimchi, cauliflower and fried tofu are also refreshing and delicious.

Ordered with Uber eats, the menu options are dazzling, not only Korean food, but also Japanese and Chinese food. I ordered Korean-style bibimbap, which came with a bowl of miso soup. The bibimbap tasted very authentic, and the sauce was sufficient. The portion was very filling.

Was in Boston for the day and stopped in for a late lunch. The beef bulgogi was to die for, my only regret was not ordering it spicy (I ordered mild). The volcano roll was perfect and beautifully arranged and the banchan were all delicious. I’m giving the atmosphere a 4 only because the tables are super close together, but otherwise, 5 stars across the board.
