Our server was very good and attentive. The food was just okay, but not worth the price tag. The pace of everything was super rushed. For example, we ordered an appetizer when we got the bread and not even 3 minutes later, the food arrived. This is unlike any sit down restaurant I have ever been to. It was like fast food with timing of everything almost like they had the dishes premade for them to heat up and plate. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a super quick meal, but it is not the place to go if you are celebrating any occasion and want to savor the experience. Overall was an okay experience. Nothing bad to report other than the meal feeling rushed.

I had truffle ravioli. portion size is only for individual, like small, but the taste is very flavorful.

Seated under a speaker playing loud annoying music. The restaurant was empty. They did turn it down but still not appropriate music for a restaurant. “Life is a highway” for example!

This restaurant is a really cool place on Newbury street. The service was super nice and the food was really good. The only issue that I had was I asked for my pasta to have a particular sauce and they did not make it that way. Rather than coming back to me and discussing it with me, they simply brought me a different preparation than what I ordered. It was still good but not what I ordered. If you order exactly what's on the menu you will have an excellent experience.

The food and service were both amazing! Our waitress made sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us throughout the meal. The food came out hot and tasted fantastic. We were glad we made a reservation for our larger group (5 people) because the space was small.

Literally spilt a drink on me and didn’t comp the cocktail. Gave an attitude about replacing the napkin. The bare minimum is to not pay when I’m sitting with a sticky sweater

Food was good, service was good. The appetizer came on plates way too larger and when ordering multiple appetizers they barely fit on the table with serving plates, drinks, etc..

Strolled in on a Sunday mid-afternoon. Had the bruschetta, pasta and tiramisu. The food was delicious. Everything was delicious. They also serve fresh bread with oil and vinegar for dipping.

We were in Boston for a family event and Serafina was one of the very few establishments that was able to provide a reservation to accommodate 10 people on a busy Friday night during the holiday season. We went in not expecting anything too much. We were all blown away by the food and service we received. We had 2 children ages 4 and 6 as well as the 8 adults. They took care of the kids right away which is a pro move. Our main server Nick deserves special credit...he could not have provided better service if we were his own family! Every single one of us enjoyed our meals and the whole dining experience. Our family eats out quite a bit and would be considered "foodies" . From the NYC area with all its great restaurants...this one was right up there. We also have two ladies that are gluten sensitive, and they both said the gluten-free pizzas they ordered were some of the best they've had. I tried both and they were right. Next time we are in Boston we will be sure to have dinner at Serafina again.

A little overpriced for the quality of the food and the vibes. My martini was not dirty enough and the waiter had a little too much eye contact. My pasta was just lemon flavored, not a drop of salt or pepper which upset my stomach all night
