My fiance and I are here last Friday evening. We'd had takeout from here a few times and thought the food was decent, my fiance has celiac so the gluten-free pizza options were nice. First time dining in and we were very underwhelmed. First, the vibe in the basement is not great: it's claustrophobic, loud, and uncomfortable. Our server was completely spaced out and hard to get a hold of. We ordered the mussels to start which were good but not great, and split two GF pizzas. The pizza was decent but the GF crust leaves a lot to be desired. Not terrible for GF. The main reason for 2 stars and not 3 is the value: at these prices (25-35 for pizza or pasta) I expect more in terms of food quality, service and ambience. Seems like a place that is coasting on its location, with subpar overpriced food and not investing in good waitstaff. Probably fine for the patio in the summer but don't expect much.
First, when we walked into the restaurant we were greeted right away and the ambiance was amazing and cozy, the hostess gave us a selection on where we wanted to seat!!! Our waiter was amazing and so nice. It was my birthday and he took care of us really well and even brought out a tiramisu with a candle and sang happy birthday. At the end, he made sure to tell us that it was on him and he didn't add it into the bill. Amazing service and good all around and definitely coming back here soon!!!

Was there for Sunday brunch. Service was excellent and friendly. Food was unique- ordered the breakfast focaccia and it was a large portion! The Nutella focaccia was delish too. The mimosa not so much...strange taste to it, maybe the orange juice. The ambiance and decor is nice inside- sunny, Tuscan colors.
Celebrated my mom's birthday! She got the gnocchi and loved it. They had vegan options for me that were clearly labeled. Something for everyone. The waiter also brought out some gelato and a candle which was special! Overall great experience!

We were late for our reservation due to traffic and they kept our reservation. Antonio was our waiter he was great. Our food portions were good and priced well. Our waiters recommendations were great the food was really good, If we are in the area we will eat there again.

Great food and amazing atmosphere. Server was attentive and very polite. They did, however, see us right in front of the door and it was 30° out. We had requested a seat along the banquets but the hostess seemed uninterested and didn't even great us at the door. Overall amazing food amazing service and wonderful atmosphere.
Serafina was delightful! Our server Antonio was wonderful. It was my husband's birthday weekend, and the food was delicious! Antonio offered us a very nice birthday dessert. It was our first time eating at Serafina; it won't be our last. Every employee we met, including the manager, were cheerful and provided outstanding customer service

Lots of issues with our experience today. First my food came then they took it back because my friends wasn't ready. Ten minutes later her entree showed up but it was wrong. When they fixed it, it was not what was in menu. Overall a disappointing time.

Serafina is a beautiful restaurant with amazing Italian dishes, wonderful service, and great atmosphere. This is an intimate spot for premium Italian food with quality ingredients and amazing flavour! Food is presented beautifully and it all tastes amazing. I highly recommend the black truffle pasta. You also can’t go wrong with Margherita pizza. The service was also amazing, waiters checked up on at the right time and the manager even came to see how we were doing. The restaurant also isn’t terribly loud so our group didn’t have trouble hearing each other when talking at normal volumes. Highly recommend this spot!!
