Wow!!! The limencello pasta was incredible. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had.

Its a decent place but for this price point, there are better Italian options out there.

Fell in love with the minimalist pasta sauce. I don't remember the name but the server explained that it's a blend of red and white sauce

The drinks were very good, expensive like the rest of seaport but very strong.
Entrees: I got the spinach raviolis the ravioli itself was good the sauce was disgusting. It tasted and looked like just pasta water. The bolognese was good but nothing special.
Apps: The Caesar salad was okay, the meatballs were good but wouldāve been better with cheese on them.
Desserts: the dessert and drinks were the best part. We got the tiramisu, cappuccino gelato and cannoli trio. The tiramisu isnāt a classic tiramisu itās almost all whipped cream but it was good. Iām pretty sure the ācappuccino gelatoā was coffee ice cream. But still good, definitely not gelato though.
Wouldnāt come back, nothing special and $200 for those 2 meals, 2 apps, 3 desserts, and 2 drinks.

Highly cost-effective. Great seafood and very authentic Italian flavor. Nice mansic. A little bit crowded, which relectes the popularity of this fantastic place. A happy night with my daughter.
Very nice sea port view nearby.

This is a real gem in a busy competitive area. The food is authentic Italian and you will be blown away by the quality and service. For example, when we mentioned to our server, Elizabeth, that we were celebrating our anniversary, she went out of her way to give us a beautiful complimentary dessert. She also provided us with great recommendations for where to dance. Overall, this will be a go-to spot for us for years to come

Beautiful place, Italian inspired menu. Server brought cold bread to the table. Warm appetizer arrived cold to the table. The menu was the reason I decided to book a reservation to celebrate the last day of 2024. However, not impressed by the actual food.
Parking: Seaport area difficult to find parking.

Extremely mid food given the price, atmosphere was bad as we were sat at a badly-lit table in the corner next to the restrooms, even though we stated on the reservation it was a birthday reservation. This place is just a straight up bad, you could go to so many places better for cheaper around Boston. Would avoid if possible.

Delicious food and cocktails. We started with short rib arancini and octopus hors d'ouevres and followed with pastas, fish and pizza. We finished with cannolis. I was intrigued by the flavors in the Tuscan Breeze cocktail. I will say that it was overpriced, like so much in Boston.
Parking: We did get a parking ticket. Read the signs carefully!

I would give 2.5 stars if I could. Donāt get me wrong, food was amazing. But yall could use some serious amelioration on your service.
FOOD:
- burrata delicious. (8/10 - hard to f up a burrata app imo)
- crostone Di Sofia (probably my favorite app) - 10/10
- short rib arancini - flavorful, nice addition (7.5/10)
- farfalle al limoncello - good, but seemed a bit dry and a tad bit too sour (6.5/10, yes I understand itās limoncello)
- pescatora - expected more flavor tbh but this isnāt usually my go-to dish anyway (6.5/10)
- carbonara - as expected. Flavorful. Recommend (9/10)
- lobster ravioli - nice to try once, decent amount of lobster meat. It was good but just not adequate enough to order during my next visit (7/10)
- chicken Marsala - typical Marsala, nothing that stood out to me but I do enjoy a nice Marsala (7.5/10)
- fig pizza - my absolute favorite + the carbonara. (10/10)
SERVICE:
Never once refilled water. Had to ask for bread twice and it was served cold & hard. Never once asked about allergies.
I typically gauge a restaurantās service based on how frequently they refill our water without being asked. It represents how attentive they are. Mind you, there were only 6 tables at the time.
Honestly we read prior reviews about service and figured weād give it a chance. Would go again for the food but would never go again expecting a pleasant experience.

I visited Serafina for lunch today and sat at the bar.
Unfortunately, my experience was VERY disappointing. The barman was rude from the beginning, and when I requested bread, it arrived cold and stale. The food was also served cold, and no one checked in to see if it was satisfactory. Both barmen completely ignored me throughout my visit.
Additionally, when I tried to speak with the General Manager, the front desk hung up on me. I found the GM to be rude and arrogant, showing a lack of regard for customer satisfaction.
Shame on them!
DONāT GO THERE AT ALL!!
