Almost everything about Servia was fantastic—the food and drinks were delicious, and the overall ambiance was great. However, the service hours were confusing, and the staff’s attire felt too casual for the restaurant’s upscale environment. I’ll start by saying that perhaps we made a mistake when we walked in. First we entered in the dining room and no one was there so we stood at the host stand for around 15 minutes. The food was fine I don’t think the pricing matched the quality. We had the spanakopita which could have used another minute in the oven.
