:( food is not very good and the amount of each dish is too small! Won't recommend for people who are hungry!

Service here was great! The waiter and hostess were both very attentive. The food was a different story. I got the two meat combo ($36), which was just so unreasonably priced. Pictured is the amount of meat you get for the combo. It's a very small amount. You can get so much more for comparable quality and prices at other hotpot restaurants in Chinatown or in Cambridge. Flavors were good, but not good enough to justify the small portions.

they didnt let us choose for our tip and put an 18% tip. so rude, bad service, will never be coming back to this restaurant.

Don't waste your money and time at this place. There were literally only 3 tables of customers when we were there. We waited 20 minutes for our meat. RAW, UNCOOKED, READY TO SERVE, MEAT. We have to remind them once a few minutes that we are still waiting for our meat and it was set on the counter but nobody served us. Everything was extremely expensive. We ordered a seafood platter for $40 and they gave us fish cakes?

Food quality doesn’t match the price. It is so expensive and only have 5-6 slices of the meat( plater size, big portion) The seafood platter is 40 and they have fish cake for this price?

I ordered the farmers market (veggies instead of meat) with the chicken broth soup. Let's just say I paid $35 to eat Brocolli and broth -_- nice atmosphere but way over priced. Not worth at all.

Broth was good (we got the goji and miso broth). Decent variety of vegetables (eg taro, broccoli, lettuce greens, cabbage, corn) to put in the broth. Chili, garlic, ponzu, soy sauce all provided so you can mix whatever you want. We got the Kurobuta pork and beef platters which were good, but the platters were honestly pretty small though for the price. We also got the wagyu sushi which was AMAZING. really pricey there too. but overall good experience! Waitress was a liiiiittle too close tho for comfort when we were ordering but maybe she didn't realize.. (still, it's pandemic era!!) Other than that, good and would come back for the food!

Rich broth! Don't need to spice it up at all. Fresh ingredients. Customer service is lacking, so that's why it lost a star. The elderly, female host was not very helpful and pressured us to get more stuff. The waitress was fine, but looked overworked and couldn't be as attentive. This was more expensive than comparable shabu restaurants in Chinatown. My friend and I only went here because there was no line. For the price point, we expected better service, but food was good.

The place was smaller than I expected, it was located inside Westin hotel, 2nd floor. The place was empty when we arrived on Saturday for lunch at 1 pm. I like how each person gets their mini pot but the pot is not close enough like Spring Shabu Shabu. Kids might need help since it is a little far for them to reach if they want to cook on their own. We wanted to order a pork cheek combo but it was out of stock. We ordered the wagyu beef roll, boneless short rib combo with tom yum soup base, and kuronuta pork combo with tomato soup base. The wagyu beef roll had cucumber, fuji apple, and sriracha sauce topped with seared wagyu beef and scallion, seasoned with yakinku sauce which is a big disappointment, the sauce was too strong that covered up the wagyu taste. For shabu, the meat and vegetable are fresh. We ordered the lunch combo which the meat comes with 8-10 pieces of meat. The vegetable comes in a tin with cabbage, lettuce, corn, taro, squash, and tomato. The combo comes with rice or udon based on your choice. The portion for the udon is small compared to other shabu restaurants. If you want to side order, the selection is limited especially for vegetables, they don't even have napa. Not gonna come back, there are better shabu restaurants with similar prices for lunch with more selection.

Great food and hot pot set up! Call ahead for reservations.

It's on the second floor of the Westin at Copley Square. The rolls overshadowed the hot pot. Best sushi I've had in a long time.

Really was a very pleasant surprise an excellent service which is tough to find now with so many establishments short staffed. The were very knowledgeable and walked us through the menu which we needed . The food looked and tasted very fresh and well presented definitely going back soon .

Do not come 1 hour before they close, they will not serve you.
