Ordered Uber eats from Shah's halal in Worcester. For some reason, ordered shifted to Boston branch where I am supposed to drive 1 hr extra to pick up my food. Tried calling the Boston branch, they said they can't cancel the order from their side, and advised me to call Uber. Cancelled the order and called Uber, then Uber said I shouldn't have cancelled the order because there isn't anything they can do about it. I ended up paying for an order that I didn't get.

Food: I got the salad platter with chicken & lamb. It was rather bland in flavor, all I could taste is diluted white sauce which should be more creamy, tangy, and garlicky. They did put a good amount of chicken and taste rather tender, but ediable at best. The lamb wasn't as gamey which isn't bad but I didn't nearly had the same amount as I did with the chicken.
Service: The service was fine, they made sure I got everything I wanted in my salad. There's muiltiple team-members helping you out in the stations so pay attention to where your food is going as each section moves.
Ambiance:It was during a rush after a concert ended so it was a bit chaotic, it's small and def gives off the vibe of when you're out and hungry, this is the place to grab a quick bite.
Location accommodation: They have a limited ourdoor seating and there barely side parking as this is near a college so theres quite amount of people traffic passing by.

WOW! I don’t normally leave reviews but I ordered Shah’s through Uber Eats and goddamn this grub HITS THE SPOT! Buy two for one deal on like major entrees so I got 4 meals for the price of 2 and they are all phenomenal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

While the food tasted OK, we ordered on Uber Eats and they appeared to ignore everything we specified on the order. We asked for two chicken and rice orders with no salad and only one line of hot sauce, with the optional green sauce and BBQ sauce on the side, and they disregarded these requests. They included salad, and the majority of the white sauce ended up on said salad that we did not want, and the hot sauce was overwhelming for us because they did not follow our order request of limited hot sauce. The sauces on the side were not included at all. The food itself was OK, but the blatant disregard of order specifications (also printed on the receipt attached to the bag) leaves us unable to order from this restaurant again.
