They rush me and put less food everytime i go. Dont know why they are so stingy with adding chicken and sauces, specially when they raised their prices from under 10 to 11.99+ tax. The employees act like bosses. They dont even put the food in the bag and just hand you the bag if you ask. They used to be good but as soon as they went good, they are acting bad. They also missed forks and spoons in ny order. Just everything went bad that could.Oh also, their hummus is ?. Dont get. Seems like its been rotten for days

Delicious halal food! The rice in the chicken platter was perfectly done, the bread in the Philly steak sandwich was amazingly fresh, the chicken nuggets were wiped clean in short order, and their white sauce - too good - no wonder they've kept it behind the glass. The only thing I wish they did was be more generous with the white sauce :)

Thankfully on the long cold walk home, Shah's is here to sell you $3 fries piping hot right from the frier. These thick potatoey fries are the best companion one can hope for on a late night after imbibing perhaps a few too many drinks. The fries keep the body warm as one laments the failures of the T. They may just be the best thing one can possibly spend three dollars on. Truly some of the fries of all time

I have been eating at Shah's Halal for 3 years now, and I've tried all their stores on the East Coast of the United States, and they have all been excellent. Each Shah's Halal store has left me with fond memories and aspirations for the future. In the midst of life's challenges, struggling with mortgage and student loans, Halal food has been my beacon of hope, inspiring me to push through these difficulties. However, everything changed when I walked into this particular store; my dreams were shattered.The portion size of the over rice at this store is the smallest in the whole continent, and the sauce is also minimal, but the bacteria are certainly the most abundant. Yes, you read it correctly, bacteria, the single-celled organisms that can makes you diarrhea all day long. I have ordered from this place more than 10 times, and each time, the over rice portion was not even half of what you get in a regular foil container. Despite requesting extra sauce in my order notes, they consistently ignored the customer's requests. Meanwhile, the amount of meat and vegetables has also been reduced by half. I could get full with just one box from other restaurants, but at this place, I would need to eat two boxes, and even then, it wouldn't be as much as the portion from other places, even if you count the bacterias in. I don't know why I've been experiencing stomach issues every time I eat from there recently. I hope everyone is cautious when ordering, and if you're looking to lose weight, feel free to eat as much as you want, because you'll end up with diarrhea and dehydration.

Usually come in here to pick up UberEats orders. Stopped by to pick up an order and I decided to try the food for the first time today. The workers there are very kind and friendly. I got the lamb and falafel gyro. Portions are very generous and it tasted fantastic. Definitely will come back for more when I’m in the area.

My husband and I loooovvveee this place. Definitely go order in person and don't do the delivery through Uber eats or Postmates. It comes out to the same price if you were to just go get it in store and you get more food and mix in options to choose from.

This place has a very good PhIlly Cheesesteak and Chicken Cheesesteak. Only reason they get a 2-Star is because every time I go there they intentionally tell me 20-30mins to discourage me into getting the sandwich . I realized it when I order for a cheeseburger and fries. I realize they don't like making the sandwiches. They rather tell you no , they can't make it or it's a 30mins wait, just to see how bad I'll wait for the sandwich. Mine you it's a very good sandwich. Small but very tasty. I'm just confused on why they got a item on the menu they refuse or rather not wait . I'm writing this review because I went there the other day . Service was so slow then they told me 30mins and I already waited 30mins to place my order. Maybe it was to many buy get one free plates the business been capitalizing on which employees get uneasy when I order a sandwich.
