Staff member at pick up order was rude. Only after speaking up, the staff member did not believe me when I was picking up MY OWN order. However, he did not question other customers when they were picking up their own orders and uber delivery drivers. Be sure to have receipts ready.

I’m visiting from Montreal, Canada, and while this isn’t my first time at Shake Shack, I wanted to take a moment to highlight an exceptional experience I had at your Washington Street location.

I ordered the Korean chicken bites, which personally weren’t my favorite. I politely asked if it would be possible to swap the order for a regular ShackBurger instead, and Christian, the General Manager, kindly accepted my request without any hesitation.

The service was truly outstanding—professional, understanding, and customer-focused. Moments like this really make a difference and reinforce why Shake Shack stands out as a brand.

Thank you to Christian and the entire team for the wonderful service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The food was great and the service was quick. We went at a busy hour and there were no tables available, but there was standing room to eat.

Im from iowa so we don't have these, it's pretty good! Hot fresh and easy to get the order done and brought to us fairly quickly around dinner time on a Thursday evening. Its expensive but its located downtown boston so to be expected.

maybe we are unlucky, but they ignored when i clicked for no onions on my order and didn’t deliver my boyfriends veggie burger to the table and we had to bring the receipt to them to get them to make it. fries were also cold lol. everyone has bad days i guess.
