This shake shack does live up to its expectations except for one thing but they rectify it. The crinkle fries are extremely salty but they replace it and it’s hot crispy and tasty. The double burger ideas are real smashed burger. The burger is excellent, soft, hot, crunchy, tasty. It’s even better than the Guy Burgers (Guy Fieri).
This location on Washington Street is very convenient. It’s close to a lot of stores. The restaurant uses big and clean.
We will return.

Food took 30 minutes to get and wasn’t even hot. Service and staff were borderline rude. Worst shake shack I’ve been to. Avoid.

I like Shake Shack, but this location is plagued with lots of incompetent staff. I've ordered from here multiple times via the app and when I arrived, 30 mins later my order isn't there. I've been told that the receipt machine was broken, they were backed up, they didn't get my order, and a variety of other excuses. If this was a one-time thing, I could understand, but every time I order from here there is always an issue.

don't go here if you want to be disappointed. they're chicken is rubbery and never cooked and their burgers are grainy and stringy and nasty there's something wrong with the meat. I always go back thinking it will be better but I've given it too many chances I want a refund for my undercooked chicken sandwich with a burnt bun. their cheese fries are amazing though so get those.

It was our first time trying Shake Shack. We placed online order for pickup. Waiting time was long, place was busy, they seemed to be understaffed. Food was not bad, a bit above average, we liked loaded French fries the most. I would say it didn't meet our expectations or we were hoping to get more tasteful food. I would suggest to add extra staff for busy nights like that.
