A very kind young man named Alex helped me and provided his service in the morning. He also gave me a great suggestion regarding the food. 5 stars for the food and for that excellent person.

Im from iowa so we don't have these, it's pretty good! Hot fresh and easy to get the order done and brought to us fairly quickly around dinner time on a Thursday evening. Its expensive but its located downtown boston so to be expected.

maybe we are unlucky, but they ignored when i clicked for no onions on my order and didn’t deliver my boyfriends veggie burger to the table and we had to bring the receipt to them to get them to make it. fries were also cold lol. everyone has bad days i guess.

Long wait at the register. Multiple staff walked by and did not acknowledge me besides 1 male staff, Paul. I had to initiate asking if I can place my order by 2 girls near the line/register area. I was redirected to order at the kiosk, to which I ended up going to. I turned around mid order to see another customer being serviced at the desk, so I went there to place mine after he was done. I also was using a discount code, but the code did not work at the kiosk. When I got to the register this staff member with an odd mustache greeted me, after I greet him. When I asked him if I could place my order here, he said sure, you could’ve gone to the kiosk, it would’ve been faster. My thought is I was just there and I clearly left for a reason to order in person. I inquired if it was an issue that I order with him to which he said no, he was saying it would’ve been faster. The tone in which he delivered this message seemed like he was irritated for whatever reason. After this interaction with him I decided to exit the establishment because of the poor customer service exhibited here. It’s sad because I enjoy some of their food and this was the 1sf time I’ve had an unpleasant experience here. Hopefully management can go over tone and atmosphere huge deals when it comes to dealing with the public.

I visited the Shake Shack in downtown Boston and I was seriously disturbed to see how our food was handled. A man with black gloves that he never changed put his hand in ALL of the food to be served to ALL the customers. Full hand with the dirty gloves on top of the XL fries and fingers inside the Burgers I guess to test the heat???? What are we DOGS???? WTH I quickly cancelled my food for my REFUND. They shortchanged me 5cents but I dont care. SEE YA I am DIGUSTED. I am sure a follow up generic comment will follow up with an email to contact your office. NO THANKS!!!!! People are getting sick in this country from nasty People. DO BETTER...

Best chocolate shake around! Wasn't a fan of their chicken tenders, they weren't very crunchy and needed more salt. Service was fast, restaurant was clean but music was kind of loud.

It's a surprisingly good burger for a fast food chain honestly! Patty was nice and crispy, bun was soft and warm and the salad was fresh and crisp. Lemonade was a good choice to wash it down with. Easy to order on the mobile screens and they call out your takeaway order or deliver it to your table number, plenty of seating available.
