Noice place. I loved the vibe.

Excellent,hard-working, efficient staff. Upscale yuppie burger placed - - very busy on a Wednesday for lunch. Crispy fries - fine! Vanilla malt - fine! Basic single burger - nothing to brag about - nothing special. (McDonald's is across the street - and I have coupons)

Great vegan/veg burgers...best I've tasted so far in fast food place.
Lovely, friendly staff. I was visiting from abroad and they catered for special diet needs. Very polite youngster, Carlos, served us. Thank you

This shake shack does live up to its expectations except for one thing but they rectify it. The crinkle fries are extremely salty but they replace it and it’s hot crispy and tasty. The double burger ideas are real smashed burger. The burger is excellent, soft, hot, crunchy, tasty. It’s even better than the Guy Burgers (Guy Fieri).
This location on Washington Street is very convenient. It’s close to a lot of stores. The restaurant uses big and clean.
We will return.

Food took 30 minutes to get and wasn’t even hot. Service and staff were borderline rude. Worst shake shack I’ve been to. Avoid.

I like Shake Shack, but this location is plagued with lots of incompetent staff. I've ordered from here multiple times via the app and when I arrived, 30 mins later my order isn't there. I've been told that the receipt machine was broken, they were backed up, they didn't get my order, and a variety of other excuses. If this was a one-time thing, I could understand, but every time I order from here there is always an issue.

George was the one who brought me my food, super sweet & great employee!!! Give this man a raise! We need more restaurant employees like him!
