I usually like Shake Shack, but on this visit in Boston, the food was barely warm and the service was not great. For the price, they should focus more on providing great service and hot food.
Shake Shack is (in my opinion) the BEST burger place ever. The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. For vegetarians, I highly recommend the Shroom Burger with the Cheesy Fries. Shake Shack never fails to amaze me! 10/10!!!
