I ordered a veggies burger and fries, my hotel is only few minutes away, I ate it straight away when I am back in my room but everything is cold. The food was cold to begin with. The veggie patty was so salty and oily and I just could not eat it. Totally waste of money. I usually like shake shack but food at this branch is horrible. Never again.

Terrible fries. They were so salty, we could barely eat them. Also extremely expensive. Not worth the price at all. I would not recommend going to this place. The food was overall mehn.

Went in today to order some chicken nuggets and was shocked how old the oil was. Buyer beware. Not only where the chicken nuggets burned, but the oil tasted days old.

On the good side, the employees were mostly helpful.

Really Shake Shack? $7.99 for a Shack Burger that was less substantial than a $2.99 children's burger at other fast food restaurants? Tasted fine but you should be embarrassed!

a good place to get a quick-bite. great burger with tasty patties which was really different from McDs and BK. the mushroom burger was out of this world, juicy, crunchy. too bad they do not have shops in Taiwan.

Wouldn’t honor promo code. Staff was no help.

Burgers are great, buns no so much. The buns are squished, flat and get doughy upon eating.

The fried pickles, as excited we were to eat them were the worst. Greasy, and super salty. Probably a single fried pickle had more salt than the entire burger.

I went to Shake Shack after a long time, and looking at the menu, it seems that they care more about shakes and other fluid items. Overall an disappointing experience.
