Chris is an amazing employee. The cleanest shake sshack I have been to. The only issue we had was the burger was pink in the middle. Everything else was great. Chris made us feel at home.
We ordered customized burgers that were done to perfection! The staff was professional and kind! As a bonus, the restroom was clean upon use and I saw employees ensuring it was cleaned periodically. This was an excellent "fast food" experience in the heart of Boston!
