This is my regular date spot, been here too many times to count and tried basically everything, but these are the best items that we always order:

Shore Leave Burger + Add Cheese
Shiitake Tempura Roll
Pineapple Bread Pudding

A couple Red Stripe Beers and you have yourself a fantastic night!
I have yet to find another restaurant that comes close to doing these dishes this well ! Me and my Bf share and it fills us up, but if we’re extra hungry we get the Wagyu Crab Claypot. They also go ALL OUT for halloween and christmas decorations.

Great speakeasy style Tiki Bar in a basement. Really pretty lighting and decor. High quality drinks, including a good selection of mocktails. Big selection of sushi and some misc Asia fusion food.

Fresh fish, impressive mocktails, and a vibe that’s hard to beat. The ambiance is very charming. Cozy string lights and a relaxed, tropical feel. A perfect spot for a chill bite.

Top tier establishment! The food is excellent as well as the cocktails. The sushi offerings are fresh and flavorful and offer a variety of textures and experiences. Simon made us some excellent cocktails based on our preferences and we were not disappointed. When I didn't see something on the menu speak to me I was able to describe what I was looking for and he made me an excellent drink. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a drink and/or bite (and the atmosphere is awesome)!

Incredible spot. Be sure to get on the WiFi if needed. The place is a bunker.

Shore Leave is a mix of Pan-Asian cuisine, tiki, and good old Americana. The dungeon burger is an absolute favorite of my wife's and the sushi on the menu is fresh and flavorful. Been many times, but the Shore Leave house drink is a must for me. It includes a not so subtle hint of molasses which is homage to the North End of Boston's infamous Molasses flood in 1919.

Excellent staff, including a super knowledgeable bartending team. Come for fusion bar bites, sushi, cocktails, and one of the biggest selection of rums you’ll find anywhere around.

We had an amazing time! We visited to celebrate my birthday and the entire staff made my birthday so special. Haley was an extraordinary waitress, so thoughtful and charismatic! We will definitely be visiting again.

Best meal I’ve ever had.

Such a cool fun spot to get some drinks and sushi! Drinks are so cool each of them in their cute glasses and super tasty. We enjoyed the variety of sushi they had as well. Super nice vibes and pretty place!

Great place for beginner omakase experience. The Toro and Hotate were comparable in taste quality as the Michelin star we experienced in Santa Barbara. Pricing seems very fair. Service was great. Restaurant atmosphere was laid back and relaxed. Can’t wait to come back!

Shore Leave is the kind of place you wanna go to if you’re looking for some 1960s Hawaiian Polynesian kitch. The atmosphere is always fun, the drinks are fantastic, and the sushi rolls are done very well.
Don’t forget to ask your bartender if there’s any special drink they like to make. You’ll be glad you did.

Food was salty and small portions for the price. On top of the overpriced food, they charge 4% for employee wellness which I don't understand. It's not my job to pay for your employee's wellness. I am happy to pay 20% tip based on the quality of service that's provided, but the 4% employee wellness charge is the responsibility of the business owner. If you want to bill 4% more, then increase the price of your food.

Had the omakase. Really and enjoyed the experience and cool to have one that doesn't take 2+ hours. 💯
