Whole meal served incredibly quickly. Yellow tail is in fact mackerel which "repeats" quite quickly. Ordered rice which never came. On the plus side the drinks menu is

Very average food. One of the noodle dishes we ordered with beef had just trace amounts of beef in it. Service was attentive and friendly, and prices were reasonable. They are currently renovating the space and only have two tables available, so you may want to wait until they're finished, unless you're taking out. The odor from the painters working through lunch hour was unpleasant.

The food was acceptable to be honest. The disappointing part was that they charge a blanket 18% service fee. And we received some impolite lecturing from the waiter just for simply asking about

So on a layover felt like Chinese and googled this spot. 10/10 had the shrimp pad Thai and salt and chilli squid. Clap Clap Clap. Food was amazing, taste was top tier and it hit the spot. Thank you.

I could eat here everyday if I lived in Boston, in the South Bay area on Columbus Ave. They have such a varied menu it was a bit tough to make my choices. I ended up having some Vegtable Spring Rolls, Cashew Nut Chicken, & Fried Rice. OUTSTANDING!! I carried out & ordered on site, I was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. It was out in under 15 minutes & was so steaming hot I thought the plastic bag would melt. It was still piping out after my 10 minute walk to where I was staying. Next time I'm in town I would like to actually sit down at this location, It looked rather inviting & the staff was friendly. Even offered me some tea or a soda while I waited. I think that goes above & beyond in the food service industry. Not sure who many people can eat in but the place looked very clean & the odors coming out of the kitchen had me wanting to order more. The food itself as I aid before was outstanding & it has a different taste. It is an Asian Fusion restaurant that uses dishes from alll of the Asian countries & melds some of them together for a very delightful meal. It would be great if they had a location in Cincinnati! If in the area I Highly recommend stopping by for an awesome Asian Fusion experience.

Been there once and had delivery 3 times. The food is soooo good. Delivery is prompt and the food is actually hot! Loved the salt and pepper shrimp, Thai ribs, crab Rangoon and pat stickers. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the south end!

Lovely neighborhood spot with truly authentic Chinese dishes! I was impressed at the quality of the food and menu. They have quite a few specialty Chinese dishes and the Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce (鱼香茄子) was really well made!Servers are always wonderful and kind - particularly Peter. Sometimes you need to call them to get their attention but that's also the nature of a neighborhood spot - I'd rather that than have someone hovering.Shun's is also very accommodating of nut and gluten allergies - they are able to make modifications and substitutions with no problems.Prices are a little bit higher than what you might see in Chinatown, but still far better than what you'd find at other South End spots nearby. This spot is always a bit empty, and would love to see it fill up!! There is also an exceptionally well-stocked bar - imagine the possibilities.Hope you get a chance to enjoy Shun's soon!!Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate nut free and gluten free easily, with easy substitutions available (e.g., rice noodles)

Had a great experience at Shun's Kitchen. Was there with a big group in their downstairs room and the one bartender/waitress took great care of everyone. The sushi & sashimi are very good, nice pieces of fish, no complaints. The miso soup is very good, a little heartier than at lots of places (more seaweed, tofu, green onion). The pan fried veggie dumplings are also great, ramen was very good. Great spot.
