We love the Shy Byrd coworker option. It's our go to spot. The menu is delicious and the service is wonderful

We want to give a special shout-out to our server, she was fabulous, she knew the menu, and was talking with everyone as if we all knew each other. This was my first time at Shy Bird and just from the pictures alone, I had to try it!! The foods really good and the drinks as well, I can't remember exactly what it's called but I got this chicken Cesar burger with fries. The only thing I didn't like that much was the parsley(?)or basal (?)seasoning they put on the fries, it was a bit much. The customer service was great as well!

I'd highly recommend the cod dish, it was amazing. Great drinks, apps, and very accommodating for food allergies-including gluten free.

We did a day long work retreat at this location and it was fantastic! Incredible space for getting work done in a casual environment with endless delicious drinks and food to enjoy.

Great menu - went for lunch and had the Spicy maple chipolte bowl - it was delicious. Sat outside and enjoyed the sun and great weather. A perfect place to have lunch during the day!

Outdoor patio was great, the food was very good and the service was very customer oriented and gracious (by the manager and the server, not all servers). We had some issues with our reservation, in that the table was not ready, and the manager offered us a drink to the house. we appreciated this.

Service was painfully slow despite it being empty when we first arrived for reservation. Waited 25+ min for each round of drinks. Food was good but service needs to step it up

The restaurant closed for maintenance and we didn't receive a call or any notification. Drove 40 minutes and showed up to closed doors. I actually think the food is phenomenal but that was disappointing
Our waiter was usually a bartender and he was awesome! He kept prefacing that he isn't usually a waiter and ended up being one of the better waiters my girlfriend and I have had! The food and drinks were great which is also important I guess

Once again (several prior visits), a very good meal @Shy Bird South Boston. Food is always very good. I had my 1st non-chicken meal (the cod) and it was very good. Appetizer and salads were also very good. and the drinks were well-made, Our waitperson, Bobby, was outstanding. As usual, Shy Bird was a little too noisy for us 70 somethings; we'll keep coming back

We split a few appetizers and a bowl and they were all very flavorful. The spiced mushroom bowl had a great sauce and the shishito peppers, stuffed zucchini, and rosemary fries were tasty.

We were a group of seven. Our order was delivered to the wrong table and we got somebody else's food. The staff was so great about fixing it and re-firing the entire order plus comping a round of drinks. It really was totally fine. Good food, fun spot and very nice staff.
